As a ebay seller something i would like to tell people

As a ebay seller, and till now we've zero other alternative shipping method than this speedpak, when item send to usa, sometimes they use pitney bowes, which is somehow not reliable and customer always blame that , i think speedpak should really stop this partner ship with pitney bowes and also ebay please STOP partner with speedpak, how much money they give ebay, is it larger than the reptutation of ebay ? client are leaving, finding better platform and avoiding this shipping services, i have lost 1 package this month, i have like 1-2 package only and thanks for the mandate speedpak right now, i have to face more unsure and risk using this "great" speedpak, no return services, ask customer to use the final track number to pick up or contact local authority or they will destory the package or item, see how awful is this kind of policy? and their compensate value is at MOST 3 times of it's postage fee, that means you can't ship higher value item as well, and the most awful thing is, ebay still can "promote" this great speedpak is reliable and stable services, keep lying to the world of the people, if there're any chance to use other shipping servcies, seller sure will leave, even we bear the higher postage cost, it make customer angry at all~~ and their cs is horrible, like a recorder telling something repeater and their CEO is no way to hear any suggestion and make improvement, instead they expand warehouse fullfillment services or even provide finanical services to people, instead of this, why don't you improve your services???? partner with some reliable services, offer return / provide insurance cover for the package, make it right please else these e-commerce platform will be the end of the century because of these great services.

What a disgusting set of people.

What a disgusting set of people.. I would give minus stars if possible. Delivery guy was caught throwing my parcel over a 7 foot gate, that could have been opened. The item was worth £80 and could be damaged, as not checked it yet.. I will complain further. What a disgusting horrible man .

Zeropak.

I ordered an item on 29/4/22 and still have not received it, judging by other reviews, I am not surprised, ebay also hold some responsibility, as they have tolerated this woeful shipping agent for a long while, without any concerns for customer complaints, ' Shameful!!
I was about purchase another item when I noticed those amateurs were shipping it, giving a three week arrival date, (Supposedly) I immediately changed and bought the same item from Amazon instead, I was happy to pay a little extra plus next day delivery and peace of mind, this so called speedpak, is highly likely to be someone operating from a garage or basement, if anyone has a hobby of deliberately losing money, use this scammer to ship your goods, I would advise to check if speedpak are the shipping agent, and never ever use them, or you will end up out of pocket, GUARANTEED!

I wont use ebay in China due to Speedpak.

I have ceased buying off ebay in China. Speedpak totally responsible. Lost items. 2 months in transport to Australia ( England to Australia 3-4 days) Tracking service is truly a joke. All you get is an " in transit" update once it has sat the obligatory 1 month in China. Along with an estimate " delivery expected in 5- 30 days based on a similar sample of 1000 shopments". Try ali express instead.

Speedpak is one of the worst shipping methods

I am a eBay seller myself and I can tell you for sure is Speedpak is the worst service that we are forced to use as its so called an "ebay mandate service". You hear me right! MANDATE SERVICE for items ship out of China. We have too many INR disputes with buyers and we do not blame them as an consumer's pov.
Currently,we had 5 cases of INR from Italy, All show items still transiting in Germany and after checking, realized that Speedpak had outsource to DHL eCommerce to run the show. Another worse shipping service. Items stuck in Germany for more than a month and my buyers called the Italy DHL eCommerce hotline, they told them that they don't know where the parcels are. Lost cases on eBay because items not even in Italy. Contact Orange Connex, the company that runs Speedpak told me according to their policy. They only allow to compensate at most three times the shipping fee which is about 180 chinese yuan ( US$28.45) when our items cost 180EURO (US$203). Only after we refund the buyers. eBay as one of the oldest marketplace on the internet never penalize those shipping companies and sellers are always the one to blame. Lost thousand of dollars and had to pay dispute fees when challenging those disputes.

Avoid Speedpak

Still not received 2 December
Ebay believed this delay was normal and acceptable.
Used a non Ebay service to have a product sent from the same supplier and it took 15 days by normal postal service. Search Google for reviews of Speedpak and you will never use them again.
We will no longer buy from suppliers that use Speedpak as it is impossible to provide service to our clients if we use Speedpak. Even the Speedpak tracking service is bogus if you look at the times posted in this app.
My advice, use online sellers that do not use ebay and allow payment through Paypal.

SpeedPak + Hermes = Never again

SpeedPak = eBay delivery service from China to UK.

It all seems good on paper. You buy something from an Asian eBay seller, you are given a tracking number and the parcel should arrive relatively quickly to your door.

Now if there are any issues there is no way to contact anyone. My SpeedPak parcel was handed over to Hermes who said they delivered it to the outbuilding in a maisonette, which is basically the bin.

The SpeedPak tracking number isn't recognised on Hermes website. Hermes make it impossible for you to speak to an actual human, everything is served by bots who send you around in circles.

Hermes stance is contact SpeedPak even though they delivered the parcel. I'll avoid any sellers in future offering SpeedPak and would never use them myself after this experience.

When they work they are OK but no customer service when package delayed or lost

This is a company ebay uses to send orders from sellers in mainline China or Hongkong. It also goes under the name of orangeconnex or OCL .
If it works it is fine but it is when something goes wrong then the utter foolishness of relying on them comes out. I have had an order from eBay coming from China. It was ordered the end of July and supposed to arrive in 10 days. That deadline came and went. The estimated delivery time has been changed twice. Its now nearly a month since ordering. Latest tracking shows it cleared customs at LHR but has been sitting 'in transit' for over a week - and never delivered. If that is frustrating enough trying to get any help from them is a total joke. Customer service is totally non-existent. I sent an e-mail to what I thought was orangeconnex. result no response. I sent a query to the e-mail address given in their tracking. The only response is a cut and paste answer that gives the same vague information in the tracking as I already know - but no answer to my query or offer to help get the package to me. They had the audacity to ask for feedback how they did! It turns out the response comes from a 3rd party software company that is totally incapable of giving any help. Their only suggestion - read this - is to make an overseas phone call to HongKong or mainline China. OR they direct you to a hopeless web page that although in English to start with, if you click on contact customer services takes you to a Chinese language webpage with no option to view in English so basically it is utterly impossible to get to any sensible helpful customer service unless you are a fluent Mandarin speaker/writer. I cannot think of a more useless, frustrating delivery company than this one. They have NO UK based customer service at all. No way to sort out problems. They are quite happy to delay or lose your order and make it impossible to talk to anyone. Quite why eBay chose to work with this outfit beggars belief. The really annoying thing is that because they have now changed the estimated delivery twice I cant put in a claim to refund to eBay and get my money back. Its put me off ever ordered anything from eBay that is NOT definitely UK based. I have since found a more reliable way to order from China.
Interestingly reviews on some other sites give an overwhelming negative feedback on SpeedPak with similar problems so I am not alone. Quite why this company refuses to look at all the negative feedback and get the problems sorted out only goes to emphasises just how totally shoddy their non-existent customer service is. In summary they are OK if their service works but if something goes wrong then they are simply dreadful - and they don't care a hoot to sort it out.
