Whould have been 5 stars until my first couple withdrawals were instant as advertise this time not instant its been over 16 hrs not so instant anymore and i will be updating my stars every four hrs

I’ve played many social casinos and have never had issues like I’ve experienced here. It’s been 11 days of failed redemptions and of waiting to have my debit card verified so I am able to cash out. I get the same scripted message from live support and email stating “they are waiting on compliance”. Instead of being more helpful and seeking a resolution they will instead tell you to play more.
This site claims to be instant and T&C’s claim could be up to 10 days but as stated it’s now day 11. Also T&C mention if playing in Florida and NYC I believe it’s a $5,000 daily limit. I reside in Indiana and when attempting to cash out mine said $3,000 daily which as stated failed multiple times. Supports suggestion was to change amount to under $600 when again attempting this jt now says my daily limit is $300 daily with no explanation. And as all the others that redemption failed too! Now it says $0 is my daily withdrawal limit. I currently have $60,000 that I have won fairly and have been unable to redeem or get any updates or help.. starting to feel like a scam. I’d approach playing here with caution and read other reviews as they seem to be experiencing the same problems. I would change my review and update players if and when this company provides me with an update and resolution to obtaining my redemptions.

The games were never ending and I actually came away a winner. The instant redemption is great. I received mine after only 10 hours and compared to the others that is instant.

They lie about instant redeems. When you ask for a status update they give you the run around about "compliance" . Take your money elsewhere

Horrible website. I've tried redeeming $3000 and they kept giving me the runaround saying compliance is on it when they promised instant redemptions. I tried to do a $500 redemption instead and they mentioned that these should take quicker since redemptions over $600 are the ones that take longer to view and its almost been a day and they still haven't processed the $500. Their instant redemption strategy is a fraud if you're trying to withdraw anything more than $100

So this is my second review for Speed sweeps Casino. After my last review I shut my account down. After some time I started receiving emails from them about rewards and coming back to play so I decided to open my account up but before I did I asked if the Redemption process was going smoothly because prior to that I was not getting my redemptions and if I did it took a really long time even small redemptions. But now I have been playing there for a couple weeks first day I played there I hit for $2,000 I did a Redemption and after waiting 7 days it was put back on my account and then I was told to do it again but according to their terms and conditions and from what customer support told me which I save screenshots they said it could take up to 10 days. So I continue to play with my balance since I didn't want to go through the process again and then I hit for $6,000 so I asked customer support what I should do to get my redemptions in a timely manner they said try $600 it should work then I was told cancel that try 500 and I've been waiting 4 days now for a $500 Redemption I love the games on there the RTP says it seems to be good and I'd actually continue playing on there if you were able to redeem if you could redeem in a timely manner I'd give him five stars but since I can't get my redemptions even though I've been verified a long time ago and had many redemptions through them all of a sudden now I can't. That is why I'm leaving a one-star review if something actually happens and I start receiving redemptions I'd be glad to give them a five-star review but that's always been my issue with this site.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. This site is a nightmare. Support is a nightmare. Redeeming is a nightmare. They will tell you to reach out to the email and you will simply get ignored. I tried to redeem 600 dollars. I was told that it wasn’t going to be instant to withdraw less. It’s been days since that. Instant withdrawal is the biggest lie I’ve seen from this website. Then I’m told to reach out on telegram and I’m watching them actively delete my messages then I’m eventually blocked on the telegram. Please just don’t even waste your time.

I’m very frustrated with this site. “Instant redemptions” it’s unreal how one day you will get a large amount redeemed in a few hours but the next you can’t even get $100 approved instantly as advertised. I honesty don’t know why I keep causing myself the hassle when dealing with this site. The others who claim instant redemptions are exactly that, and without any excuses. I’ve been with SpeedSweeps far too long for continued poor service this way.
