After making a purchase, and spending hours on the website, I was able to win over $600. But they wont pay me. They spent the last 10 days stalling and giving me excuses, and now they are just strait up ignoring me! They have no problem taking your money but when it comes to redeeming your winnings, all of the sudden there’s all these lengthy “verification” requirements. Do not waste your time or money here.

how do they get away with offering instant redemptions I'm at 11 days its said I'm verified under my account but my redemption is still pending and same lame excuse I'll submit a ticket I seen someone made a review on the 7th saying hers was instant just another fake review if there 11 days behind on mine she didn't get an instant and you can see they've takin reviews down because they obviously submit there own fake reviews

The support team is great it took a little bit to but that was my fault because I'm always working and not able to check my emails. Everyone was so nice and helpful and on top of my problem I got everything submitted and finalized thank-you guys for everything. Also 5 stars I would give 100 stars if I could. I am having the same issue as many in this thread. Redemption bounces back. I’m verified. Submitted the new, surprise documentation. Aka card info. And they keep stalling. “Reaching out to compliance and we will get back to you.” Then. Crickets…. I’ve reached out somewhere around 10x and it has been over a week.

Fraudulent, i purchased an package and i won over $500 dollars, my account said verified for all purposes, then couldn’t redeem, I reached out to support team and did all I was told and never heard back from no one. Don’t bother with Speedsweeps app. FRAUDULENT

Update: They have only paid me 1K of what they owe me and it’s about to be 2 months. I’ve sent nearly 70 emails and chat with support on site everyday. I’m fully verified as well. Would not recommend. This has been a headache.

I have been trying to redeem for 14 days now at Speed Sweeps casino owned by WW Funcrafters JWA LLC . Every redemption they have failed it. They claim to be waiting on the compliance team to approve my verification. I’ve been getting the run around when I email and chat with them. I have emailed them everyday with no resolution. I have won over 7000 SC that they refused to let me redeem for cash prizes. Many of my emails have went unanswered and there is no clear communication from them when they do respond. I have all the screenshots of every communication I have initiated with them. I was hoping to give them 5 stars but they have let me down so far that it’s ridiculous. I have been waiting patiently and I tried to be understanding. I fairly won the SC. I’ve been KYC verified. I made a purchase. I sent pictures of my debit card and ID along with a selfie. Still no successful redemptions. I been trying to redeem since 4/02/2026. It is 4/16/2026. I have 5+ failed redemptions ranging from 250 SC to 2500 SC. I have a pending redemption for 100 SC that’s been pending since 4/10/2026. I don’t know what else to do. I’m starting to look at all of my legal options. This has been the worst experience I have had with an online social casino which has been by far the worse. Then the chat suggests you to expand your winnings while “waiting” but why would I do that if y’all not trying to pay out what I have now. They want you to play it all back. They claim they will reach out to me but they have ghosted me these last few days. Why would they do that?! They went against their own terms and conditions. Their redemptions aren’t instant and they are very misleading. I’ve been waiting 14 days. Multiple failed redemptions. This is my honest and accurate account of what’s been happening between me and Speed Sweeps. I haven’t canceled any redemptions they failed all of them. Speed Sweeps need to be held accountable because this is unacceptable with the emotional distress they caused.

This is such a scam, they will redeem your first 100$ after that it is a joke, I have a nice amount just sitting there when you try to redeem , it's to much .do a smaller amount, you do they bounce it back out, it is very scripted responses, don't waste your money or time with this , I do have screen shots of every conversation, there are some actually good ones out there but this is not one of them

Don't play here if your planning on redeemtons over 100 because you won't get your winnings they will find a way to not pay..Ive been denied 2 times 1 for 340$ and the other for 275$ should have known after reading reviews if you think it wont happen to you it will they did me wrong twice.Never again

Put in 10, received 30 welcome bonus, didn't win a single penny or get in the bonus feature even with accelerator on. Another waste of money.

I've been playing here for a couple years. Verified since day one. Have redeemed and got my redemption fast. Was playing yesterday and tried to redeem for 400 and it got denied. Then I reedeemed for 100 and it went straight through. Later in the day I tried to reedeem again for 500 and had to verify my cards and photo id, selfies. I am a platinum VIP and was asked to verify again and still have not recieved the redemption. This is far from instant redemption. If you win over 100 dont even bother unless you like jumping through hoops. They do this and stall so the player gets tired of waiting and cancels the redemption and they get it all back. This is very immoral. its bad enough we rarely win but when we do this place preys on the gambler with stall tactics. If they can take your money instantly they can reedeem instantly.

My first redemption was pending then failed so I emailed support, they got back to me within minutes which was surprising because it usually takes forever.. they asked me to verify my card so I sent the information they requested & within minutes of doing that they told me I could resubmit my request, I had my money within probably 10 minutes so I’m happy with how they handled it. I’ll definitely be using this website more now. 5 stars!!!

I have been waiting for “verification” for several days. In the meantime they have canceled my redemption. I have emailed the support email asking for an update and all emails have been ignored. The live chat has given generic responses that have been no help. I have a significant amount of SC that I have won, and this is starting to feel like a scam.

Update 4/14/2026

Still no verification for redemption. The redemptions are still pending and support has offered a generic response that “compliance is still working on verification”. It’s been over a week and I’m still being “verified” even though I’ve submitted all required documentation.

This website is 100% a scam and all of the positive reviews listed have to be fake. Everyone should avoid at all costs. I will next be contacting the BBB.

Im not sure what the whole fake review mess is about, but I can attest to the fact that this site is legitimate. Great game selection as well as instant payouts. They also have 24 hour support and an awesome vip program that is constantly giving you a chance to win little side games or contests too. I personally highly recommend giving them a shot🤙
