awful company that needs to be shut down. ordered multiple things from aliexpress that was shipped through speedx. my address was marked as incorrect for all of the orders. customer service is terrible. they have no support email or number, not even a live chat feature, only an AI chat bot. When i gave them my email, they only email me the same prewritten message. 2/3 of my packages were stuck in a facility for over 2 months until i finally received them after giving the AI my number and them texting me, confirming my address. the remaining package i have still not received in 4 months.

Placed 2 orders from TikTok shop and my first order NEVER GOT! They stated attempted delivery- which was a lie and my cameras showed no proof of anyone coming to my door. I currently am waiting on an order I placed on April 22nd. Has been sitting at the warehouse located 30minutes from me since the 25th. No movement! Please ship me my order, I don’t want a refund I want my order!!! I went up to the facility Saturday and got a rude response from a worker. He was not willing to even try to locate my package and cursed me threatening to call the police.

Absolutely the worst experience ever!! Liars and thieves work for this organization!!!!!! They are never held accountable! The seller has to refund the customer. I wish a media outlet would investigate them!!!!!! Sent me a message that states delivery attempted but not able to deliver. I am here right now- no delivery attempted!!!!!!!

Last reply I got was before I posted here saying " they can't trace the package and I should contact all the 14 sellers". Meanwhile the tracking number was still saying the package with 16 items was still in their Flowermound warehouse". Unacceptable! Where is my package? It's 2 months now!
I have reported this company to BBB, AG's office, FTC and to my Congresswoman. How has a fraud investigation not been launched against them? I have 19 items' that say " being processed at the Flower Mound warehouse" and "delayed". I ordered the items over 3 weeks ago via tick tock shop. Finally yesterday they answered my email and said they can't trace my items, and I should go ahead and file with the sellers. 16 different sellers. The tracking shows my items were received on 23rd April to that warehouse and scanned. But miraculously they can't trace them. A class action suit should follow. This is unethical and unacceptable. Hundreds of reviews everywhere of packages not being delivered is diabolical. Jemima Goodwin!

Terrible courier service! I have had 2 deliveries that were supposed to be delivered in the past 3 weeks and all it says on tracking is that they can't access my apartment building and the address is incorrect. BLASPHEMY!! My address is 100% correct on both deliveries and no "ACCESS Code" is need for my building. This is a SCAM company and they are stealing mail - which is ILLEGAL. There is no way to contact them, the BOT is a freaking joke! How this "company" is still allowed to be chosen as a courier service is beyond me. I have already filed a complaint w/BBB. I really want my items.

The delivery was left outside a closed office on a busy road at 6:50 PM, creating an obvious risk for loss. The package—valued at $250—was left in plain view and was subsequently stolen. Situations like this are entirely preventable with better judgment and basic delivery standards.
What is most concerning is the lack of accountability. The company’s policies indicate they are not responsible for where deliveries are left, even when placed in clearly insecure locations. Additionally, there is no accessible customer service channel to address issues like this.
Overall, the process feels poorly managed and lacking in the basic safeguards customers should be able to expect.

The absolute worst. Don't even know how to deliver packages between normal business hours. Keep marking my package as undeliverable, because they are too lazy to figure out how to drop off a package at a business address. I can't use temu or shein anymore because I won't get my merchandise.

If I could rate a 0 I would, my I ordered 30 items and 10 of those get here perfectly fine but the other 20 was supposed to be delivered yesterday, I checked and it said the address was wrong which is a complete lie. I went through a bunch of garbage to try and find the AI bot and finally did and arranged a second delivery.
I rechecked the status and it says it's back in Illinois for parcel disposal which makes absolutely no sense whatsoever, they "tried" to deliver it one time and now they are throwing it in a incinerator or some bull crap. This is utter insanity and I want my hundreds of dollars back or my packages immediately.
I do not recommend this courier whatsoever.

Pretty much 90% of the time I get things delivered through SpeedX there's an issue. The lastest has been related to 1 out of my 2 packages; same seller, same address, ordered a day apart, and for some reason one of them was successfully delivered where the other states "incorrect address". I've tried using their chat service, as well as submitting a request form; I was texted by some random number saying that the package is going to be returned if I don't respond asap. I provide the details, follow up twice, and still no response. This is probably one of the worst delivery companies I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with.
Edit: the package somehow showed up after another 4-5 days approx, after the seller contacted SpeedX directly and was told it was lost, so they actually reshipped everything. So incredibly unorganized...

If I could give this service zero stars I would. In locations with mail buildings or cluster mailboxes they just drop all packages there. One stop delivery. NOT to the door of the address shown on the package.
DO NOT Use this delivery service. This has happened to me many times as well as many others in the community in which I reside. Complaints to them have not resolved the problems.

Watched delivery car pull up, take picture of packages, mailbox and me on the porch then they put the packages back in the car and left. Only way to communicate is through chatbot or given a number and wait to hear back.

Ignored delivery instructions and marked as "No Access / Invalid Address" to a very valid address. No e-mail or phone contact, only chatbot. Eventually someone followed up by e-mail, and then... nothing. No redelivery attempt 2 weeks later.
They followed up by telling me that they'd lost the package completely and I should follow up with the merchant.

I have a sign that says to leave packages at the front door. SpeedX tossed my package in front of the garage. The items inside are now damaged due to the rain. I am going to drive these guys out of business.

My package was delivered to the wrong city. The GPS location on the pictures was for an apartment complex down the street but photos of the delivery location were for a house in a different city 45 minutes away. The chatbot is a joke—I’ve tried making a report several times but it goes nowhere.

EDIT: As of April 29, I have discovered that SpeedX has disposed of my package for literally no reason nor explanation. It was literally just a pair of LED light strips for my Kaabo e-scooter. AVOID USING SPEEDX — THEY WILL TAKE YOUR ITEMS AT WILL!
I ordered an item from AliExpress on April 13, 2026. It went through Cainiao for the international handling, but once it reached SpeedX, that was where my nightmare began. It arrived at the Arlington Heights, IL location on April 24, 2026 and has been sitting there for days with no updates whatsoever. It should NOT take an entire week to process a package. I am going to assume the worst and say that they either lost my package in their cluttered OSHA-violating warehouse or one of their "employees" stole it for lolz. Bear in mind that my package was literally just a pair of LED light strips for my Kaabo electric scooter.
SpeedX is a full-fledged scam disguised as a last-mile courier company. Like the other reviews have stated, they will hold onto your packages for as long as they like without any given reason. Their independent-contractor employees will falsify delivery and steal them so that they can resell them elsewhere. Their customer service is completely non-existent with only a pre-LLM AI chatbot; probably their way of avoiding real confrontation from all of us. I tried doing what others have done and demanded the chatbot for a live agent, but it just goes in an endless cycle.
For future orders that use SpeedX, I strongly recommend canceling them immediately. It will save you a massive headache.
Also, I am going to leave this here: SpeedX will most likely reply to this review with their copy-pasted response like how they did with the rest of the reviews here. Do not take it seriously as it is fully automated and a sorry excuse for "damage control" to their branding.

Got my package today I have delivery instruction signs 🪧 in front of my driveway but the speeds employee does not read or speak any English.
