speedex is the worst delivery company

speedex is the worst delivery company. delivery drivers are all package thieves. in my old apartment they delivered my package twice in a row, took the photos and then took my package back. I moved it's the same thing on April 5th they delivered it to me and do the same scenario take the photos and take the package back, yet I have never lost a package from another company even if they deliver my package in the morning I come home in the evening my package is always in front of my door because there is security in front of the gate no one can enter without identifying themselves. only speedex delivery drivers who always steal my packages. for contacts it is very difficult. very bad company..

Your delivery drivers are a lazy bunch…

Your delivery drivers are a lazy bunch of people. I've had my deliveries delivered at locations not listed as where the packages were delivered to. Twice, driver stated at front door when they were actually thrown on the ground at my mail box (which is located at the road) with I piece balanced on to of the mailbox. Another time was actually thrown in my driveway for anyone not to see it and run over it and another time thrown beside my vehicle. None of which ended up on the front porch as stated by driver.

Speedex is the worst courier service

Speedex is the worst courier service. My item registered at CA on 11th March. On 17th it reached the nearest city and they were showing its out for delivery at 7 am on 17th March. Even at 4 pm on 18th March, it is not delivered.

Second package in a row that they say…

Second package in a row that they say was delivered. Tracking says they left at the front door. Our house is gated, can't even get to the front door. The delivery photo shows the mailbox (far from our house)- not supposed to put in the mailbox. Either it was stolen, or USPS picked it up.

The worst company that exists

The worst company that exists. They lie that the courier came and couldn’t find you. Then you can’t contact anyone by phone because no one answers, and in the end they decide on their own to place the package in a box that requires payment, 20 km away from the delivery address. Disgusting, and they might even be worse than any public service in Greece

Horrible

I keep getting a message saying unable to deliver due to having construction or in a gated community no access. I live in a vert small town without no red lighte let alone a gated community. I think the driver doesn't want to drive out here.

0 stars. DO NOT ORDER.

I wish I could give this company 0 stars. I had a package that was supposed to arrive and it came a few days late (which is understandable). However, it was marked as delivered and had a picture of the package in my mailbox. I went and checked the mailbox and it was nowhere to be found- nor on my porch. I tried reaching out to the company and they pretty much told me well it says it’s delivered so there is nothing we can do. 2 days after this incident, I received a sketchy piece of paper saying they were not authorized to place the package in my mailbox and that it was “unable to be delivered.” So, I tried reaching out to speedex and they said that is not the case and it says delivered, so it must be there and if not there’s nothing they can do. I went back and checked my ring camera and it shows the driver putting it in the mailbox and a few seconds later getting back into the car with my package. I reached out to speeded about it and they never responded. This company is a COMPLETE scam.

Dishonest thieves

I have had several packages come up missing from this company. They supposedly leave them in our outside mailroom, that is accessible to literally anyone walking by. I really think they just take a picture of the packet them pick the packet back up and take it with them.

Delivered to the wrong address

I ordered from Tic Tok and this company was supposed to deliver to my address. They took a proof of the mailbox which proved it wasn’t my address number nor the street I even lived on. Customer service was no help at all.

Avoid at all costs if possible!!!

I ordered from Zooplus.gr having done so in the past mostly without issues except for the slow delivery. Unfortunately I ordered again on the 27th of November not knowing that they changed the delivery partner. The first package was lost, after several weeks of trying to contact them without success I reached out to Zooplus who sent a replacement order... I'm still waiting....
It is impossible to contact this company, the chatbot is bad and useless, the phone number rings for several minutes and after a while just disconnects after mentioning their awful website and chat function.
The email is inactive and you receive an error email back seconds after sending your email.
I will have to ask Zooplus for a refund as I don't think trying a 3rd time will make any difference.

Please avoid this company and any companies that use then as a delivery partner.... If it is not a scam company, than it is severely mismanaged and completely incompetent!!!

Awful shipping experience

I wish I did not have to give this company even one star. I ordered something from Shein early December and it was to be delivered around December 11. I never received any updates for tracking after it reached the last mile facility - Speed EX in Arlington Heights - I contacted Shein and Speed Ex several times and kept getting the run around through their Chat Bots. Anyway, of course the package is lost and obviously will not be delivered. Horrible customer service from both Shein and their shipping company.

I placed my order on December 4th

I placed my order on December 4th, and as of December 18th at 12 p.m., the package has been stuck in my city for over 6 days, yet it still hasn’t been delivered. The tracking continues to say “in transit” or “successfully processed,” but the package is clearly not moving.

I have tried every possible way to contact SpeedX:
• Phone numbers listed online hang up immediately or do not connect.
• The website only offers a chatbot (Miles) that repeats tracking information and cannot connect me to a human.
• Multiple support tickets have been submitted and remain unanswered.

This package contains birthday items and Christmas gifts that I needed by December 20th. The closest pickup point is two hours away, which is completely impractical. There is no way to reroute the package or even get real-time information about where the trucks are.

I am extremely frustrated with this level of service. It seems impossible to speak to a real person, and this is completely unacceptable. I am posting this publicly to request immediate escalation either reroute my package to a local pickup location or provide a resolution immediately.

I want to give a zero star
I’m very disappointed with this company. The shipping takes a very long time, and my order still hasn’t arrived by the date they promised. This isn’t the first time this has happened—my previous orders were also delayed. It’s really frustrating to keep waiting without any reliable updates.
