They always lose my shein pacakages and…

They always lose my shein pacakages and on the proof of delivery they put these random pictures that aren’t even in my apartments anywhere. It’s like the google pictures to post. They are too lazy to leave it at my actual door or mail room and then I have to jump through a million hoops to prove to them and Shein that I never received the package it’s ridiculous

Thieves and sorry customer service

Got notified that my package was delivered. Looking for my package that was not there we start looking at pictures they took, one was of my package in their car seat and the other was of a dirt road. When looking at the tracking it said delivered:mailroom. So there solution was to check neighbor house. We live in the country, but we drove the road in stead of finding my package we found a pile of open packages from a town about 40 miles from us and with alot of differnt names and low and behold guess who was the Carrier? Speedex. So when i contacted again which is just and AI thing answering. I was told to request a refund. Plus 1 star is the lowest I could go it should be 0stars.

Driver claimed to have left delivery…

Driver claimed to have left delivery with permission (left a fraudulent text with the phone number cut off from someone else granting permission to leave boxes outside the apartment building— I never heard from him or texted him) I’m missing about 5/6 packages because of the lack of integrity and laziness of this company. No phone number to call-/ no email to write and their “bot” link doesn’t connect. Speedex is the worst

I’m extremely irritated with this…

I’m extremely irritated with this so-called company. They don’t update their tracking information in real time, and there’s no way to speak to a live representative. My package was supposed to be out for delivery at 10:00 a.m. on December 3. Then, at 3:00 a.m. on December 4, I get a notification saying they attempted delivery and were unsuccessful—now I’m expected to wait another four days for redelivery. How does it take 17 hours to even attempt a delivery? Companies like this are incredibly frustrating.

My package was delivered to the wrong house

That sent me a picture of house where my package was delivered, but that house was not mine. Reached out to customer service got an AI bot and never heard from the company. They then send me how was our service went to them exactly what I thought they closed my ticket with no resolve. Because of this I would never buy again from TIkTok. Tiktok was also no help.

First off there has been several times…

First off there has been several times my package was delivered to the wrong address...Secondly, I believe the courier stole my package the last time...Package said it was delivered at front door, they took a photo of the leasing office not my apartment. I used to be a delivery driver who worked with a lot of dishonest courier s so I know the drill I love to order from Tik Tok but if they continue to use speedex I will no longer shop there.

Speedex through Shein

Speedex through Shein. Speedex delivered my package to another address. Only one Pic was available for the delivery the first day, with only a numerical address on the house's patio support pole. No package shown..then then in the morning there was 3 more pictures. The package was now in view, photographed, with my actual address and the address on the post was no where near it. I went through Shein. I receive disability and used my direct express prepaid ssdi card. I will have to tell them about this and ask for a refund. This just happened yesterday. Shein is looking in to it, but I will never see this package and the contents I ordered. There needs to be a class action law suit. Also, I am drafting a letter to send to my state representative regarding this company. They need to be held criminally liable. There is no actual contact for them and they use private cars and people with no way to find out who did what. No accountability. They are a scam company that needs to be sued and dismantled. Same thing with the other small carriers they've used in the past. I've had to recover my package from other porches. This time, the coordinates are weird, and the whole is suspect, like it was stolen.it was out for delivery from 8:45 am and misdelivered at 6:30 pm. No way to find the residence and its so vague that even AI cannot find the house by the pics sent. It says there is none that look like that house anywhere in my area. Other states pop up. The numerical address shown in the Pic shows up as homes in the area that look not even remotely like the place it was 'delivered to'

first thing off the bat,the delivery…

first thing off the bat,the delivery lady’s car smelt TERRIBLE. like a cigarette or wet dog. Second thing i noticed was that my package was opened. even the actual Shein package was open. smell was so bad i had to open with gloves and wash everything i ordered not even 5 minutes after i opened the package.

The worst service ever in Australia if…

The worst service ever in Australia if I could give less than one star I would be they left my parcel on the street. I’ve got multiple photos. Also I have camera in my home. It’s raining. It’s not safe. I paid money for this items, they don’t care about parcels for customers the worst and worse and worse service ever.
I couldn’t trust them at all!!

Ordered a birthday present and it said…

Ordered a birthday present and it said it was delivered with a picture . Well the picture was not our house . Found out it was speedex . They said it was mid delivered . Still got no birthday present package . I see they are a horrible delivery service and made thinhgs frustrating for us. You pay for something you expect to get it delivered.

Delivered somewhere else

Judging by the reviews here, I’m not the only one that had a delivery noticed but the parcel got delivered somewhere else.
In my case, they sent me a photo of where the parcel was delivered to, but the photo isn’t of my home.

They are liars

They are liars. You agree on a date and time for delivery and they never show up or lie by saying that you weren't in.
Speedex have never been my choice of couriers but unfortunately, companies use them. This has been the 5th time I have been lied to and have wasted my time waiting for SPEEDEX to arrive, which they NEVER do.
There should be a consumer law in Greece protecting customers from this tyoe of mistreatment. Companies like SPEEDEX should be severely fined for customer abuse.

Unknown location of my package

For at least 5 days the status of my package says address corrected I have no idea why it says that since they show my actual address I can’t get in touch with and actual person the A.I chat is useless the number listed on the website is not a working number made multiple tickets and no response

Package marked delivered but not delivered!

The delivery driver marked a package that was worth $203.67 in clothes as delivered, but I never got the package. The picture of the door that was in the confirmation was not even my door. Then, when I contacted customer service, I kept getting the runaround and they refused to refund me my money. I have proof and even contacted the police about the missing package. This company is nothing but a scam and unprofessional!

Worst delivery company!

The absolute worst delivery company! Not only is it frustrating that my product has not arrive when scheduled, but trying to contact anyone in their customer service department is impossible. @TikTok, never again!
