They steal packages.

They steal packages. Don't ever use this courier and never recommend them to friends, family, nor even acquaintences. They literally steal your packages and wait til 1 am to update that they attempted your delivery. I have all the footage to prove no delivery was ever attempted. I found out the hard way who these people really are. I had to file a police report, report them to the BBB, and file a fraud claim with my bank. This company needs to be shut down indefinitely and should not be allowed to do business with the public in any manner.

SpeedEx steals packages

SpeedEx is not a delivery service because that means they would actually have to deliver something. When you don’t deliver the package it’s called theft. I know this for a fact, because they have my package and have a delayed shipment for no reason and it happens to others all over the internet. Should be looked into by the federal government.

Such a bad and failed company!!!

We are a company of vacation apartments.

We were supposed to receive a parcel for our clients.
We waited for them since morning and even called them to give our phone.

After our client informed us he indicated of an attempt of delivery we contacted them again and they told us that they came and did not find us...despite the fact that we were here all day for this purpose...

Such a disgusting company!!!

This is THE WORST delivery service EVER…

This is THE WORST delivery service EVER IN HISTORY. They never delivery the package when they say they are. They delivered my package to the wrong address. I have never had a good experience with them. I cringe when I see my package will be delivered through them cause I know there's going to be an issue. They service need to be shut down COMPLETELY

Worst delivery courier.

Worst delivery courier.. The shop call me to tell me that they had my parcel but that they would come next week between Monday to Wednesday (we are Thursday). He told me that except my parcel he does not have anybody else in my aera. I replied that ACS where coming 3 times per week even just for one person and that I was paying Speedex enough for this service, to be delivered ASAP and not 6 days later. Reply ofthe rude employee: what to tell you, that I will come and not to come?? That the level of Speedex service! Forget about SPEED!!! It's a faulse promise coupled with rudeness.

Literally the worst experience

Literally the worst experience , this company has been holding my package for over a week it was out for delivery for 3 days then said failed delivery attempt, then said failed transit issue , then now there's no update or estimated delivery just horrible! Its items I was supposed to receive before Christmas..now it's the new year and there's no update

This is a horrible experience

This is a horrible experience, I been trying to get my package but it keeps saying out for delivery it doesn’t really move and is late . Is should have arrived already and is not here at all ! I have try to call the customer service number and it keeps hanging the call! It truly makes me never want to order anything again

I give 1 star which means ZERO, I'm still waiting for an order from Shein, I hate them, there is no way to contact them, my order is still “delivery
We're sorry, your recent delivery attempt was unsuccessful. Please kindly contact your local carrier to retrieve your order.” It arrived on December 6th and today is the 21st. Still don’t have any answers
Who else has this happened to? Your orders showed up? My house is a corner IMPOSSIBLE to miss

This is by far the worst delivery…

This is by far the worst delivery company I have come across. This is the third time the same man throws my packages in the middle of my lawn. But this time he managed to hit my dog! I have called every number and tried every chat attempt. I guess I won’t be ordering from shein anymore. I don’t understand how this company is not shut down

Zero stars ! Worst company ever

If I could give this company zero stars I would ! I’m starting to think they lie about the “failed delivery attempts” i work from home and no attempts are ever made . Each package I order from SHEIN takes a whole extra week or 2 to actually get to me because they keep saying delivery attempts failed like 3 to 4 times before I actually recieve my package . This is such an inconvenience. I hate that SHEIN started using them as a deliver service I never had this issue before when they were using usps .
They also don’t have a customer service number . They take forever to respond to emails and they just gas light you but never give any real answers about your package .

This interest shipping company

This interest shipping company. They have no way to contact customer service. They lie about delivering packages saying it failed but they never even attempt. I hate that SHEIN even used them this made me hate SHEIN all together it’s been over a month and i still have not received my things

Speed ex SUCKS

I love ordering from temu..But I live in a condo so they can’t deliver because they obviously can’t read or know the alphabet ..Condo letter is right next to address!So unfortunately no more temu for me.

This is not Fedex.....terrible shipping company

Have a package that was sent to me through Speedex and they said that they made a 1st attempt and could not get access to my home. I just happened to be working from home and can guarantee that they did not stop by. I then tried to contact the phone number that they give and that number is not in service. They say that they made a second attempt today which is not true because today is Saturday and my daughter and I were home all day. Very bad service.

THE ABSOLUTE WORSE! I'd give -100 star if it were possible …

I'd give -100 star if it were possible because they don't even deserve a 1 star review.The entire company including their delivery drivers belong in the🗑.The delivery drivers throw packages outside or anyone to pick it up.They don't want to do their jobs and they don't care about anyone.They absolutely have no conscience whatsoever..If you are looking for a delivery company who want to help you loose your package, a company with wicked nonchalant delivery drivers and a company who has zero integrity then speedex is your No.1 choice.By all means go for them.

Worst service ever

Worst service ever! They delivered to the wrong address. They have the correct "house number" but wrong street. When they sent me a picture of the house it was delivered to it looks dilapidated. I will NEVER ORDER ANYTHING OFF OF TIK TOK EVER AGAIN!!!!!

Dreadful and unreliable service

I strongly advise not to use this courier service. I sent a passport application with supporting documents (birth cert, marriage cert, etc). After a huge run around of calling them and from being given lots of false leads, eventually it was determined that Speedex had lost the letter in between handing over to DHL for the final shipment.

Speedex customer service are completely unhelpful, all they will offer is to refund you the cost of the package, not the contents which they claim no responsibility for.

You are better off taking your chances with ELTA or obviously use another international courier like DHL.

Do not use Speedex, not only are they incompetent but they will do everything they can not to recompense you and will waste all your time.

The worst logistics company I’ve ever…

The worst logistics company I’ve ever see. They lost 3 out of 4 packages.

I do not understand why Temu, SHEIN, AliExpress still work with them. It damages reputation and customer experience and only generate losses with returns.

If you are ordering in marketplace and see that Speedex was selected as logistic provider - you never receive this package.

I'm not giving 1 star but actually zero stars! Worst company in the universe! Already complained many times to temu they are genuinely the worst company in the world! So half my package was sent via acs n half speedex! Acs package arrived last month still waiting for the other half! They are absolutely useless! And no updates on their tracking, they don't pick up their phones and even their chat DOESN'T WORK! They are actually completely crap and should be closed down!
