SpeedX threw my parccel containing electronic componements from the window of their delivery vehicle some 15 to 20 feet onto my front driveway......skepical about installing the parts as they are most likely damaged.

Speedx is everything BUT Speed! SLOW movement of packages and poor updates! To boot they mis-dirrect packages to the WRONG CITY! POOR poor Service... A shame eBay uses them! No live people or even a telephone number! Websitesite is BS!!!

Delivery issue; constant delivery issues have been occurring with this courier service, the likes of which have been unprecedented. The package delivery was expected to be on the later end after the initial delivery date estimate was not met and thus postponed. However, now SpeedX has claimed there to be a package issue and a 'delay in transit'. On the seller page it says the following, "The courier said they attempted to deliver your package but were unsuccessful. Please contact SpeedX for help or try to reschedule the delivery as soon as possible." However, doing so is actually not possible. I have tried to escalate the issue with their chatbot multiple times with the response always being "there is no available supervisor or live agent at this moment... Please leave an email for further contact" and so thus I did, to no avail. This was quite possibly the worst experience I have ever had with a courier and now i either have to buy a new product or wait ~20 days for either a refund or the actual delivery of my package. Terrible experience, please avoid at all costs if you can, unless if you want constant headaches.

The first order delivery was made to the wrong address, the second order delivery attempt has been delayed due to "Invalid Address". All other delivery services have been able to locate the delivery address. The delivery address is on a state highway and clearly visible from the road. SpeedX "support" is all automated AI which routes you through a circular, non-helpful or informative process and is not able to provide any useful help or information. For instance, when asked by the chatbot if I would like to update the delivery instructions, the response to the updated instructions is "I am unable to update the delivery instructions at this time, Please try again later" even after multiple attempts.
It is not possible to speak to a live CSR and the company does not respond via e-mail even after issuing a "support ticket" number.
The support chatbot is artificial but, definitely not intelligent.
UPDATE 06/08/2026:
After 5 days, I received 10 obviously automated responses/information to Six Different people from Speedx, none of which were in any way related to my tracking number or order other than being handled by the same incompetent company. Still no response from Speedx regarding MY delivery. At this point, I have very little faith that I’ll ever receive the package and hope that the vendor will honor their pledge to provide me a full refund.

This delivery company is TERRIBLE. They take forever to deliver the package and then leave the delivery in unsafe areas. The delivery destination is NY. Over the span of a week, my package has moved from NJ to NY (where it sat for 4 days). Now it is back in NJ again, with no indication of when it will be delivered. Shipper has had to issue a discount. This is the 2nd straight order. It appears that Speedx could care less whether you get your package

It is a possibility you may get your package,but they set this business up so if they fail they do not have to listen to you complain . Absolutely no way to contact anyone there including their non existent chatbot, they mention it over and over but there is none. So what can you do? Not a thing, they don't even allow claims to be filed. So if you are buying from one of the soft scam sites that say they will not refund or reship unless you buy their insurance through their website and you do not buy it? Better hope they don't ship with this company! Cuz if they do and speedx loses your package...you are sol. No stuff and no money. Now that I know that I will not be purchasing from anywhere speedx is user. They are simply haters, I mean, obviously, and I will not be helping companies like this stay in business. Know why? Because then this business model will become the norm. So use them if you like to fund communist companies who will carelessly deliver knowing there is no penalty paid and see how many packages you get before one is lost. I won't use the companies that use them for the same reason, if they liked having customers they would try and keep them happy. Not cause them frustration and hours trying to straighten out their shipping mess.

Worst delivery service on the planet. If they don't lose your package (they most likely will) they will lie as to its whereabouts. Their AI robot has all the excuses in the world as to why they cannot deliver your items. AVOID AVOID AVOID this carrier.

had some issues about delay, and them saying it's an incorrect address. but at the end of the day they resolved it, not sure how much help did the email support did, but they should have an easier way to reach an actual person instead the chat bot in their website. which is really annoying bot. but eventually it led me to contact an actual person through email which i think mattered.
drivers here in Vegas delivered the package properly.
i think SpeedX has potential but they need improve their system, communication and learn from the complains if they want to gradually become a more reputable courier/carrier. nonetheless, they delivered.

Would give 0 if it was available. Package marked delivered at 1:00am with only photos of the package and not the location of delivery. Chat support is absolutely no help with their programmed responses.

Can I give zero stars? The chat bot is completely useless. FIVE days now of "expected delivery date" and no package. I've now requested a refund from the shipper and will no longer use them until they change shipping/delivery companies

We thought our item was not delivered when Amazon reported it was. The shipper used SpeedX for the delivery. They literally threw it over our front fence where it sat in the rain. (we have a big yard with acreage) We walked around the house under our porch, looked by every door and no package. Then filed a report. Finally, we got a picture of th 'delivery' and it led us to the front where we finally found it. It looked as if they drove by the house and just chucked it out of a window into our yard. I'm never using a company that uses SpeedX again. Just unprofessional and lazy.

Common sense just isn’t common when it comes to this company! Never heard of this company until a few days ago when SHEIN decided to no longer allow me to use my PO Box as my delivery address due to this useless company being used to get my package delivered. I was instructed by the post office to use their address and put my P.O. Box number down in the unit box. I’m thinking everything is ok and good to go… WRONG! I received a text stating “ we can’t deliver to PO Boxes please update the address. You’re not delivering to my P.O. Box, you’re delivering to the POST OFFICE and they will handle the rest. Gave simple instructions to please go inside the post office and hand the package to the clerk and they’ll take care of it… and yet again… another notification that it was undeliverable! SHEIN lost a customer and I hope no other companies I shop with use Speedx or I’m moving around again! Thanks for ruining my son’s graduation and my birthday plans

I believe when other customers who order from different companies like SHEIN, Temu, or even TikTok, that use this undependable, untrustworthy, and irresponsible carrier are livid when they see the SpeedX have their package. This carrier should remove themselves and the audacity to call the company speedx. Speed where. Non- human representative, just communicating with a machine on the website. No phone number to actually talk to someone, you can not pick up your packages if you want and the false attempt is frustrating. You update your instructions for delivery and nothing is being done. I wish we can pick the carrier because this one is not the one and it makes the companies we spending our hard earned money on look bad and they do not deserve that and us a customers as well.

Package out for delivery for 27hrs. No new scans, no updates. Just allegedly out for delivery for the eternity, I guess. No phone number or email contact available, in other words, no human contact period.
Just an AI chat bot that tells you no agent is available but also doesn’t/can’t say what hours the agents work.
Any company that doesn’t actually offer customer support that is actually reachable should be an immediate red flag. As to how this company is still operating is beyond me. Surely it’s just a scam at this point.
Seeing as how it seems that my parcel has been delivered into the ether or slipped into a black hole, I’ll be reaching out to the seller and the local regulatory body to report this shoddy company.
Lesson learned, avoid any business that uses this company. Unfortunate, but saves me time, money and stress.

If I could give this company a -1000 I would. There is NO customer service or any way to actually speak to a person. My package has been in Linden NJ for all but a week. I live in PA. Come on, this is ridiculous! And what is even more frustrating is the company I ordered from used SpeedX to ship a replacement for what I never received. Who knows if we will get that package. POOR POOR POOR...Avoid if possible.

⁸Why this company is still in business or at least try to hire honest and reputable employees who will actually deliver the packages my last package the delivery person took a picture of my package sitting in her car with next to other packages then took a picture of my house with me sitting on the patio and then drove off saying that the package has been delivered and it wasn't. She never even got out of the car. And they're only reply to this complaint will be contact the company at a non-existing email and definitely not a phone number. you will never talk to a person through this company. I wish shein and temu would stop using them

0 stars! I can’t say they deliver any packages successfully! There’s a sign deliver to the back door on the front porch. They delivered a small package on my front door and said your wagon has been delivered! My ring camera caught her image. My large wagon I’m supposed to be able to cart around 350 lbs or more of dirt in. It was small CD disc size. The carrier woman clearly chatting away didn’t take a picture of my package at my door. She took a picture in her car with the incorrect address on it! Mine no where in sight!

Contract delivery personnel are prone to deliver 'the last mile' by throwing the parcel to the front door. I have one in particular from today on video and have forwarded to my purchasing company. I can't send directly to SpeedX as they have NO legitimate customer service contact phone number nor email address. The owner Chris Zheng has done a great job of hiding his companys faulty delivery practices by being unreachable!

I have been trying to contact someone to correct my incorrect address, the chat bot keeps creating tickets that no one responds to , I’ve had several the most recent one being 301889, I am going to lose out on about $400 worth of items if this isn’t corrected before the package is delivered to the incorrect address,I’ve already had one of my items delivered and the shipping company refuses to refund me despite that not being my address!! it should be 100% illegal not to have any form of human contact for customers , the AI chat bot that they use is 100% pointless !! , I’m not sure why these companies keep using this shipping partner, but their business model is not the greatest.
