They said my order was out for delivery and should come today on 5/22.. then two days later, it still says “out for delivery” i try the chat bot, it does NOTHING at all besides go in a loop. you try to get more detailed tracking info, you cannot. I tried to call, the VM says “sorry, there is nobody to help you right now. goodbye!” so it finally came today 5/24 and it was left out on my stoop in the pouring rain (been raining the entire day) ripped open, and the box inside was crushed. it was a present for my daughter. really terrible customer service..actually, there is zero customer service whatsoever at all, shitty tracking, it was an all around bad experience and i probably won’t order from a place again if i know it’s being delivered by them no lie.

If I could give no star/ at all…
I received a delivery notification for my Fab Fit Fun subscription box to arrive today, but the package was in a bag and contained items from SHEIN, an entirely different retailer!!!! AND, it appeared to have had my original shipping label tampered with and stuck on this package. The label was clearly taken off of my box and put on this random persons SHEIN package, delivered at my house, and called it a day. You can see on the corner of my actual fab fit fun label where the cardboard box peeled off with it when they removed it from my package! The fact that this person who delivered the package so blatantly did something like this means they know they can get away with it and will likely continue because it’s impossible to get anything resolved with SpeedX. These people should be ashamed and shut down, because clearly I’m not the only person experiencing problems with them. The bigger problem is that as consumers, we rarely have the option to even select who we want to deliver our packages, so we’re stuck with an unreliable joke of a company like this one.

If I could give zero stars, I would. These delivery drivers are thieves. One driver has come to my condominium twice, dropped off a package at someone’s patio (without a unit number), take a photo claiming item was delivered, then taking it back with him. My HOA have him doing this on surveillance. I’ve reached out to SpeedX Critical Escalation Team and the vendor I purchased the item from, to complain, and they said they needed 7 working days to investigate. It has been over 7 working days and I’ve attempted to follow up at least 5 separate times, to no success. No one has made an effort to follow up with me or respond. The vendor is Charles Keith. Do not buy from them. They use SpeedX for delivery and they, too, are not reliable and trustworthy servicers.

My YesStyle package was supposed to have been delivered 5/22 by SpeedX according to delivery time, but since they contract out jobs to drivers, if you live in a not so popular or rural area, you're basically out of luck. They have no support on their website except an AI chatbot that will not direct you to an agent. There's no phone number. I tried talking to the AI and there's no possible way to get to an agent. And if you put your tracking # in the chat, it literally spits out your address back to you. A tracking # shouldn't give you PII. THAT'S A PRIVACY AND SECURITY ISSUE. If they ever plan to expand to Europe, then that's a GDPR issue. This is honestly just a class action lawsuit waiting to happen.
People have resorted driving out hours to warehouses to even get their package. If you see pictures of their warehouses online, packages just sit on the floor and sometimes sit for months. Other reviews mention that these drivers often steal packages and there's no recourse or a way to file a claim because there is no way to reliably contact support.
I'm writing this review to see if I even get any support response. But in the future, if I buy from somewhere that uses SpeedX as a courier, I'm canceling my order and taking my business elsewhere.

My package has been sitting in Tampa for a week now. I use the chat box and it says a ticket is in. A ticket is in. SHEIN said give it another week and they will do something. It’s only been 2 and half weeks.

I read all the horror stories on trustpilot and Reddit so I was preparing for the worst, however speedx actually delivered my package extremely promptly upon its arrival into the USA. Clearly this is not everyone’s experience with them, however I have to say they did a really solid job this time. Big shoutout to whoever delivered my package today.

Horrible shipping service. I have had the same address with the United States postal service for decades. Speedx refuses to deliver my packages, claiming that I have not provided a proper address. I have no idea why vendors are using these people. Hands down the most incompetent people I've ever dealt with in my life. They have lost hundreds of dollars worth of my merchandise, by simply refusing to travel ONE mile to bring it to me, and I cannot possibly get a physical human being on the phone for a refund.
I'm honestly not sure how they haven't been sued yet. There is some type of blatant fraud and theft going on. BLATANT!

This was one of the most frustrating shipping experiences I have ever dealt with.
I ordered an expensive international collector item and was home during the delivery attempts. I actively communicated with SpeedX the entire time, replied to multiple support agents, corrected apartment information, and provided extremely detailed delivery instructions.
The Critical Escalation Team even confirmed my exact instructions back to me, including:
* the correct doorbell number
* floor information
* and the exact apartment door location
I was then told the package was simply “delayed” and that the team was “working diligently” to ensure successful delivery.
Less than a day later, the tracking suddenly changed to “Parcel Disposal.”
The communication throughout this process was completely inconsistent and honestly unacceptable. At different points I was told:
* there was “no access”
* the package was delayed
* delivery instructions were updated
* pickup discussions were possible
* and later that the package was simply disposed
Despite all my efforts to cooperate and provide information, the final response I received was essentially to contact the merchant and stop pursuing the issue with SpeedX.
Meanwhile, USPS, UPS, and FedEx regularly deliver to my address successfully without any problems.
This experience caused an incredible amount of unnecessary stress over a collector item that was important to me. I cannot recommend this carrier based on my experience.

NEVER use this company. They intentionally leave packages in the lobby of an unlocked building, there is no return communication from them after repeatedly contacting them. This has happened several times with this one company. I dont understand why they are allowed to do this with no repercussions

UPDATE 5/23/26: Despite their reply claiming they want to improve, they have just kept ruining any chance of having faith in them. I gave them DETAILED step by step delivery instructions for redelivery.
They finally, two days later than promised, redelivered my package today which contains electronics and an adult signature and left it outside in the rain without even attepting to follow the instructions given. I am disabled and unable to retrieve said package so its just outside getting ruined and i can't do anything about it because their customer service doesn't exist. Unforgivable.
SpeedX claimed invalid address on my package. I watched the driver walk to my front door. Im handicapped and could not meet him at said door. I yelled to him, I held the buzzer unlocking the door he was standing at. He just turned around and left claiming invalid address.
I immediately contacted SpeedX, who has ZERO human customer service. I confirmed my address and gave clear step by step delivery instructions to their chat bot multiple times as well as by email multiple times, going so far as to send them a photo of my building on the map. They have not answered a single email, they did not even attempt to deliver on the rescheduled delivery date.
I just want my package that was at my front door in the delivery guy's hand and he didn't even leave it. Despicable.

Parcel has been out for delivery for 2 days now, and I am unable to get in contact with anyone from the company to know where it is at, who is it with and when it'll be delievered. All replies I can get from the AI Chatbot are automated and just tells me the parcel is out for delivery - but when will I get it? who knows?
Highly recommend you avoid this company as I paid for fast shipping and this is not fast at all.

Horrible, my package was reported undeliverable but I just got my fashionnova package delivered from FedEx a few days before my SHEIN order was supposed to come. They had rescheduled a redelivery but the attempt was never made. SpeedX chat bot is no help and I’m going on vacation soon. I NEED HELP

I placed a $100 order from the tik tok shop and the delivery driver stole my package lied and said it was delivered and handed to customer liesss i was home all day no one ever came i have a camera in my front yard the video shows nothing was ever delivered at the date and time that it showed as delivered it’s been two days i reached out and i keep getting tickets
