Usually when I see a company uses speedx I dont shop with that company. And today was no different I quit my subscription with ryze coffee because they use speedx. And sure enough is shitty speedx fashion my delivery driver put one package down snapped the photo the put 2nd package down snapped the picture I seen him through the window as I was sitting there watching a movie. Then I seen him pick up the 2nd package and take off. I came out and yelled what about the package you stole. He took off and I shouted ill just report you. And he doubled back and returned the package.

hire better delivery drivers that aren’t brain dead.i put the address just for them to say there’s no access to the address.there’s access,the person just obviously chose not to do their job & has now delayed my tools from arriving.

Order being handled by the Bankstown depot in Sydney. Item is a critical package that I need ASAP, and after being delayed already for no apparent reason, delivery was marked as failed due to “building closed” which is impossible since I live in a house, and my camera showed no activity at all that day. This is terrible, and the support bot never has access to a live agent, and can’t update instructions for delivery, and never got back to me via email. If this isn’t resolved and my package safely delivered to a safe place at my address by end of day today, I will certainly be communicating with my supplier to ensure they never use this service again.

I ordered a package from SHEIN, my package says it was delivered on May 14, 2026 at 12:37pm. My package was no where to be seen on my door step. The delivery driver took a picture of the package in his hand, and a picture of my door. Very unusual when usually you are supposed to take a picture of the package at the door. This delivery driver stole my package instead of delivering it.

My package has been sitting in New Jersey since yesterday and the delivery date on the website says it’s suppose to be delivered today. I took a screenshot as proof in case it “suddenly changes” for my own records. I need my package today because it contains a dress for a big event but it’s still showing up as being several states away with no recent updates. This makes no sense and there’s no customer service contact number. If my package isn’t delivered today then I’ll have nothing to wear. This is unreliable and a let down for the customers and businesses that trust this delivery service.

Extremely sloppy, it took my package an week just to arrive to my country, and now its been out for delivery for 11 hours. This is ridiculous, how could you not be consistent with your updates either? Disgusting business practices, I want my package by tonight.

I truly don't know how this company is in business. I have been waiting for a package that came from a business overseas and it got through customs with no problems whatsoever. As soon as it got to speedx, in a location fairly close to where I live, it has been stuck for 9 days with no updates at all. I made attempts to reach out to customer service, but it was a complete joke. You can only talk to an AI chatbot who keeps asking to confirm your address. Beyond that, it says to wait while it contacts someone who can help. That help never comes. Nor does the bot even provide an explanation for that. I was left waiting until I finally asked for the status of the supposed help 20 minutes later and the bot told me there was nobody available, so I should leave my email address and someone will contact me. As you can probably guess by now, that never happened. I finally reached out to the business my package came from itself and they are shipping my items again. Hopefully they don't have to go through SpeedX again. It's unfortunate because it will probably stop me from purchasing from this business again through no fault of their own and I really enjoy their products. After my own experience and reading other people's similar experiences, I truly have no idea how SpeedX be a legitimate company.
June 8th - The plot thickens. SpeedX finally confirmed that the package was lost. I had the company send it again. Once again, it has been stuck in a SpeedX location in New Jersey for a week! I originally ordered this in April and apparently I need to just cut my losses and not order from this company again until they stop using SpeedX as their shipping partner.

i ordered some clothes and shoes from shein and speedx was supposed to deliver my package by may 11th and i have yet to receive it. i’m really trying to be patient but it’s kind of hard when my package has been sitting at the closest location for almost 2 weeks now and i haven’t had any new updates.

My package was never delivered because apparently I was not home and they had no access to drop off my package. I provided my phone number in the instructions and asked them to call me if they had any issues. I am home all day and they never even tried to contact me.

My order was delivered to my apartment door later that day. Deliver drivers need more training. The man kept knocking on my door nonstop until I was able to open the door. He then proceeded to take a photo of me holding the package while my toddler was standing next to me. That was a big NO. I only allowed photo of my hand holding package . Overall, as much as I appreciate the time to return and re deliver my package this company needs more communication with customers regarding issues and drivers should perhaps get more training on how to encounter customers. Thank you

Awful so not use they will put package anywhere but the apartment number I left messages saying don’t leave outside and they still leave outside to get stolen this company needs to be shut down

I see that I'm not alone. How does this company stay in business?. First example I just happened to look out the window and I see a guy walking aimlessly in my courtyard. The units are from number one at one end to 90 at the other. Not very hard to figure out. Luckily I ran out there and he had my package. The very next day I got a delivery and Unfortunately they were the third party carrier again. Unfortunately. It said delivered. Package wasn't there. I found it three buildings away. At unit number 33. Are you kidding me? You can't tell the difference between 33 and 80. Yesterday I'm looking out the window to the Courtyard again as my husky loves this window. There's that same guy walking around aimlessly. I like to get another package from this guy in china. An awesome LED flashlight. But my concerns are obviously with this carrier that is so pathetic so incompetent and you read these reviews and all you get are these apologies. How about taking some F'ing action!!???

Too lazy to get out of the car and walk a few steps or even throw it towards the door, glad I didn't really need it that bad but these drivers are booty cheeks, this company employs some really low brow individuals.
On a side note since I don't really need it how about you refund me and write up the driver eh? I'm not going to post my tracking number in this review so how do you propose I reply as I cannot reply to you directly?

They said they would redeliver on the 16th and fake tried again today on the 14th like they can't even read a date right, the ring camera shows nobody even attempted to deliver the item in question and now I'm sure your courier has stolen the item so now I will be filing with the state attorney general and the BBB, congrats on having what is arguably the worst delivery system in the continental US.

The driver leaves the package by my storage door under the sign that says, "Stop. Do not leave package. This is storage. Take to front door." Then proudly takes their pictures and sends them to me. And, they have no Customer Service. Literally there is no way to contact them. Pathetic.

I have one SHEIN order with six different SpeedX tracking numbers. They have been saying out for delivery and then undelivered for almost a week, over and over again. Now they are back at the regional hub and the person at the local office (yes, I went there trying to find my packages) says they were never there. SHEIN really needs to use a different company. I just want my things. So frustrated.

My 120.00 package has been missing with no updates for now three days and temu isn't helping at all so I have to wait until the 15 to demand a refund and hope they give me one if not I'm out of 120.00 dollars
Edit: May 14 it's now been four days no updates and now temu customer service is telling me they will give me 5 dollars credit in exchange for my 120.00 package 😑
Edit : It disappeared for 5 days finally updated on the 5th day which was may 15th to tell me it was getting delivered that day it didn't, then it told me it was getting delivered the 16th it didn't and now today is may 17th and it looks like it's just going to be sitting at a facility and hour and 12 minutes drive from me all day today too.

They delivered my order to the package room in my apartments but instead of putting it in a locker, they put it on the floor. That was at 3:55pm. When I went to pick it up at 6pm, my package was gone but the other packages they delivered were still there. My package was big, I believe the delivery driver took the picture then left with my package. They know their company is not going to do anything, they probably running a scam. This is the second time this happened with them and Shein, I never got my money back the first time. I had all the proof showing that speedx dropped my package off at the wrong apartments. So now I'm out of more money, will no longer be ordering with Shein.

I had a very concerning experience with SpeedX. My package was marked as delivered while I was physically outside near my porch, but no package was ever delivered. The proof-of-delivery consisted of the same close-up package photo uploaded multiple times with no identifiable surroundings or actual delivery confirmation.
I attempted to contact customer support, but there was no live person or phone support available — only a bot repeatedly asking for my email. Thankfully, the merchant resolved the issue, but the overall experience felt extremely unreliable and frustrating.
I would strongly recommend caution when using this carrier for important or expensive deliveries.
