Don’t use this company never!!! I bought a Control board for my Whirlpool washing machine and they sent me the wrong part and then wouldn’t give me a refund. They take people money and make people keep they junk. Now I see why they have so many bad reviews,

I see lots of complaints about slow service and delivery, but our experience just the opposite. Ordered a replacement knob for our Frigidare range on Thursday and paid for economy shipping. It was shipped Friday, the next day and arrived (from Indiana) in our mailbox in California on Monday. Couldn't be happier with their service.

NEVER use this company if you want anything in a hurry. I paid $17.95 for 1-2 day shipping and it took 6 Days!!! And they dont count Saturday as a delivery day even thought USPS delivers!! After 4 emails they would still not give me the PARTIAL shipping refund I requested. POOR customer service.

Speedy Appliance Parts, LLC This company STINKS !!!! I never got my part when you call them they do not respond you email them they say we sent it do not find or care where their shipments go they just do not care about the customer never got my money back just glad it was only $10.00 NEVER AGAIN .!!!!!! What A Ripoff $$$$$

If you ever need appliances services - Do Not call Speedy Appliance Service. The Speedy Appliance Service serviceman Sal was trying to rip us off. He was telling us that the refrigerator needed Freon and a special valve to install it. He didn’t know the price and needs to go back to the office to order one, which he has to come back to re-service another call. We were unhappy that he didn’t have the parts and couldn’t fix right away, and charged us $92.44 for the service called. We feel that Speedy Appliance Service Company has a misleading advertisement saying that “they carrying 99% parts and fix it on the same day”.

Later we called the official Whirlpool service representative and the technician came over to look at it and told us that there's nothing wrong, the evaporator was frozen over and the refrigerator sensor are good. Just need to defrost the refrigerator coil for a couple of days. The reason refrigerator was not making ice because of the same issue. There's nothing wrong with the refrigerator. What a relief.

So the outcome is that the Speedy Appliance serviceman Sal, misdiagnose the problem, and trying to charge us for additional services and parts that we didn’t need. Called the office representative, which was unhelpful and uncooperative with this matter. Supposedly, she said on the phone that the service charge is including on the repair cost, but when we called her back again; she said differently that the service call charge is separate from the repair cost. Therefore we feel that this company is ripping off a lot of customers with bogus service charges, and needs to be investigated by Better Business and Consumer Affairs and this company should be close up completely.

Impossible to contact. Save frustration, time and money. Use a reputable company

Do not shop this company! Horrible customer service. Parts do not ship on time. I paid $20 extra for expedited shipping which was a complete waste of time and money. Do yourself a favor and just order off Amazon. Stay away from "Speedy" Appliance

I recommend you do not do business with them; I would give them a zero if possible. I am a patient person, but this company, Speedy Appliance Parts, is one the worst companies out there in all my years of doing business. I ordered the part that their website told me to order for the refrigerator model I have, and it was the wrong one. Their answer was "too bad"; we have a boilerplate for our poor service. The thing is, I now have to pay for their mistake, to get a refund, and I have order the part again. I have to pay for the shipping, the return shipping, and the restocking fee, and then shipping for the part again. If you didn't already get the message this company is a horrible company. You may of won this battle, but in the long run you will lose the war, because of you extremely poor service.

Ordered the part on Wednesday. Paid for the part on Wednesday and extra for expedited shipping ( 2 day). They didn't even ship the order out until the 2nd day. Here is it Monday and still no part. The only thing speedy about this order is when the took our money. Run...don't walk away from this company.

They showed the part I need, as in-stock on their website. Then, 2 days after I place the order, I received an email stating my part is back-ordered with no ETA. I asked for a refund, but get told it's only 4 days out. I agreed to wait. 8 days later, still no parts, so I asked once again for a refund. After 4 more messages back and forth, they agreed to refund me. 10 days later, refund hasn't hit my PayPal account. I'm now having to dispute through PayPal. F these people!

Dont order from them. I would NEVER recommend them to anyone I know. It took for 4 days process the order and then another week to get the parts. Got the parts finally (almost 2 weeks later) and the parts in box were in disarray. I took the parts out of box verify, wrong ones. So the I went for run around with customer service to send back the parts. Had to PAY for the return shipping which the customer shouldn't have to. They get parts back. Speedy appliances does contact me back they get parts. Then, they say are installed and not oem packaging so they won't refund money. Then to top it off, they won't send me back the parts I paid and they will dispose of parts. Probably not, these shady pricks most likely would resell perfectly fine parts. I do NOT recommend you do business with this horrible company. Stay far away from Speedy Appliances.

I placed my order with this company on December 17th (a Saturday) and chose 1-2 day delivery (at extra price)
I was informed my items would be shipped out on the 19th (Monday) received my tracking info that I wouldn't receive my package until Friday the 23rd. I promptly emailed their customer service and got a a very friendly reply in under 20 minutes apologizing for the inconvenience and asking me to email back once I received my package.
I will definitely be ordering from them in the future just based off their customer service (also had an amazing live chat person help me pick the right products)
