We bought a bulk of light switches and sockets from SE Home (formally Speedy Electrical) and they did deliver the products as advertised. The reason for a 4 star is due to the markup on products - only after delivery did we realise that the parts were 3rd party branded, so at that point we could price compare. Quite clever not to mention this on the website but ultimately our responsibility.
I ordered from Speedy Electrical, they took my money (more than £2000) refused to delivery the products for more than 15 days
they even sent me a delivery date.
they later claimed they think my bank account is fraudulent (after I sent email inquiring about delivery) so they have cancelled my order and will refund back my money into my account and up till now they haven not
Really really waste of time!

Ordered online for a selection of new brushed brass light switches/plug sockets etc.
This company do not provide delivery tracking! I had to email after a day of it being dispatched to find out some tracking info. They did reply to say it would be delivered the next day, but still no link or courier info for me to change this.
So obviously the delivery was missed and we had to drive to collect them. Unbelievably though when the delivery was missed APC the courier emailed me straight away telling me this yet I had nothing beforehand!!
I did email speedy electrical to offer my comments but they didn’t respond.
I probably wouldn’t use this retailer again, as overall dispatch was not clear, it seemed to take longer than it should and I want clear delivery instructions. There are other electrical retailers/wholesalers who are better.
