Book appears lost

Book appears lost, not able to track, customer service appalling, told me to wait 10 working days but quoted a date that was 13 working days to wait until, had to spell it out for them when 10 working days was, still waiting, utter cowboy company. Quick to dispatch whether you receive anything or receive it safetly packed is a miracle / pure luck
