Problems with completing Malware check

The latest download seems to have problems. It goes into what seems like an endless loop in searching for Malware. I can let Speedy PC run overnight and it never actually completes. With the latest version, STOPPING the program due to its endless cycling provokes the Version 8.1 Windows OS to intervene to Stop the program thereby preventing the problems identified in System Issues, Privacy Items and Junk Files from being fixed.
The previous versions usually did complete all checks in a reasonable time, but if 'Stopped' would terminate tidily and allow the problems identified to be fixed.
With the latest download, apart from being highly irritating, it would appear to leave Malware issues and Software Issues unaddressed. I doubt this is normal behavior, so some clarification would be appreciated.

Great for small clutter but cannot contact company for malware.

I have been using Speedy PC for some time. It is great at cleaning up temp files and not needed things. BUT when it came to Mal Ware.. days on end it would run and nothing happens.. and I cannot clean up the rest. Just stuck. Also there is no contact number to remedy the problem.

Great program in keeping your computer running at top speed.

I like not having to take my computer to a geek to clean it every 6 months. I can do it right from my office, it saves time and money because Speedy PC takes care of the problems. It has it`s problems

sometimes it loads, other times not. I think your mail in rebate is a joke. Just give us the dam discount and quit making money off of the interest. You act like we are stupid. We are not.

We understand that the steps needed to claim the $10 Mail-In Rebate is quite tedious and the turn-around time can be quite lengthy. It is not our intent to delay the rebate nor to discourage our clients from submitting the rebate form. The rebates are handled by a third party and the rules and regulations have been set up by this third party.

Regardless, we would be happy to provide you with the $10 refund in lieu of mailing in the rebate form. The refund will come from our credit processor, SafeCart, and will be credited to the source from which you were initially charged.

Please be advised that it may take up to 3-5 business days for your refund to be credited to your account.

Good when it works

Have had SPC for several years. Each time I renew I have problems. Cant get it to work unless call customer support. Renewed in June and still having issues with it not working. Hate to call for help because they always try talking you into more stuff.
