Once you get it working it is great but directions are poor.

I renewed my purchase. However, to get the new program started was a nightmare. The directions upon purchase stated all one needed to do was to turn off & restart the application. I tried this many times No such luck. finally our of desperation I went to the installer icon and the program started up. Knowing this little tidbit would have save a lot of frustration, anger, time, and feeling of wasted money. Only because I knew the program worked did I persevere, but it was a lot of hassle. I am not sure I will go this next year.

Good but limited to one PC

I find this program very good in keeping my PC up and running. I have two PCs and wish that I didn't have to pay two times to cover both PCs. There should be a discount for the second PC.

Speedy PC Pro

I have used Speedy PC for several years and up to now I haven't had any issues. This latest renewal, however, seems very inefficient, as it only partially works. They are aware the Malware cleaning doesn't work--- it just continues to buffer for hours, but there's not any discount and no solution. I am frustrated that "they are aware of the concern" but haven't fixed it. I should get a refund or at least 1/2 price on my purchase. This is a big reason I purchased the product---to protect me from Malware.

Nothing has worked correctly

Nothing has worked correctly since the "upgrade", and today the computer has crashed and will not come back up. The man "helping" was trying to sell another "package" continuously, mixed in with instructions. The computer worked with the out of date drivers.

Restore function has been faultless for years and the defrag well worth it.

One major problem on my HP Laptop is (sometimes) it locks up while in the scanning mode and keeps scanning for hours, getting nowhere. I would stop the scan, restart the scan and it would lock up in the same function. After shutting down, and restarting SpeedyPC, it would run to the end of it's program ok! The setup menu needs to be simple for me to understand!
