This company has very bad customer service…

This company has very bad customer service. It takes forever to get through! If you get through, I called about slow shipping, don’t expect a business discussion to resolve the issue. You only get excuses and they blame the situation on you. When I repeatedly ask them to work out a business solution they hung up. DO NOT USE This Company. Do not expect to talk to customer service. when I called back I was placed on hold then disconnected.

Your reply is Flawed. When I talked to Becky the day of the order I was assured the signs would be here by Friday. I tried to inquire about expedited shipping and got the run-around by your incredibly inept customer service representative.

Mark we are sorry you are upset your signs did not come as fast as you wanted. Our website clearly states an order can take 2-8 business days. Today, Friday is the 7th day and Monday is the 8th business day. Tracking shows your signs will arrive on Sunday. So this falls within the "estimated" ship time. Right now is peak political season and everyone wants their signs yesterday. We do our best to get them out quickly. If you need them by a certain date, we recommend expedited shipping so there is an in hand guaranteed date. We are not blaming you or anyone just stating the facts that at this point the signs are in shipping and there is no option to expedite them. Our Customer Service's job is to resolve the problem with the options they have available. If the customer is not willing to listen to the options & agree on a resolution then the conversation is over. They are not required to listen to negative dialogue.

I’ve been calling a number to return a item for about a week I’ve left messages and no return call back yet. Customer service is pretty bad.

Packaging can be improved.

I like the yard signs that I received and they are printed beautifully.
But the packaging of the shipment isn't too good.
The yard sticks were just laid on top of the yard sign and the yard sign was damaged (the print was scratched up) due to the yard sticks on top. I am surprised there was no protection over the top sign... now we have one sign that is scratched, which is a bummer. I wish the package was better packaged. The box already broke apart and the corners of the signs can be easily damaged if the carrier isn't careful.

nice quality, poor service

The quality of the product is excellent. I also liked the format options. However the delivery cost is excessive and I found the communication between the design staff and customer to be non-existent. I could not communicate the changes I wanted, and the draft was sent without the changes I requested. In addition, I was double billed for the product I received and it took me 5 calls to get a refund for the product I was billed for but did not receive. I like the quality of the product, but would not shop here again due to the excessive delivery charges and poor customer service.

We are sorry you were disappointed with the process. This order was EXTREMELY RUSHED thus our graphics team was working very hard to get this done quickly. Our system is like a machine- the reason we can get custom orders turned around so quickly. Since you approved the proof the order went directly to print. We did not get the email with a last minute change in time because it came after closing time & by morning, the postcards had already been printed. I think our graphics and customer service is phenomenal - not many other places that will set up artwork at no extra cost. Most require a print ready file at time of ordering. As for the double billed - this was due to a customer error - adding the product to the cart twice. On our end it looks like the items were shipped - both quantities. But in good faith, we went ahead and refunded the items. As for the shipping costs - this is mainly due to fact you are in CA & this is shipping from FL.

Hi your order came in on Sunday, 23rd, so was not processed until Monday 24th. It shipped out the very next day - 25th. Fedex shows this will be delivered 10/1 - please contact us directly if you need further assistance in tracking your package! We hope you will reconsider the poor review as we strive very hard to have a good review rating and do not know the reason for giving us a poor review.

I have ordered to shipments of yard…

I have ordered to shipments of yard signs. They are of excellent quality. They ship quickly. My last shipment came with one sign blemished. I called and within the hour there was a replacement sent to production. Customer service is outstanding. I believe you get what you pay for and their products are great!
