Third go round with peeling ink on lawn …
Third go round with peeling ink on lawn signs. satisfaction guaranteed I am told NOT. They have replaced these already N/C and with this as explanation - a new ink process and we are having some peeling issues. Customer person there offers a fix at an additional cost to my Co. not theirs and a discounted cost for more. I just wanted them to not peel as the other older orders before. We now have to go around and remove them because it is not how I want my Co. represented (peeling).

We stand behind our product & generally can get a feel for when there is a quality issue as we will get multiple complaints. We have replaced this order at no charge multiple times - once because there was a definite ink issue. We have since replaced the defective ink and are confident there are no longer ink peeling issues. We are surprised that you do not feel we have backed our products as we have replaced/discounted them multiple times throughout the last 2 years. We have had 0 issues with other customers. You are ordering temporary corrugated signs designed to last aprox. 1 year. If you are looking for longer lasting signs we recommend you add UV laminate - which it looks like you added to your original order of QTY 50 signs - but not to any other order after that. This will typically double the life of your sign - but it is dependent on weather & amount of sun along with range of temperature - heat & cold cause the plastic to expand & contract causing peeling. Best wishes & we DO appreciated the loyal support over the last 5 years!

The first delivery was damaged in shipping. The second set of signs bareky lasted a month. Lost one sign off the side of the truck within a week.. Then both the remaining signs began peeling badly aroind the edges... Before i could return shio them back.. I lost one of those two off the side of the truck.. The magnets are too thin and not strong.. Temperature affects them as well... I will be returning the remaining one so they can inspect the peeling..
