I see your package was shipped about a week before your review. Keep in mind international shipment can take some time. I also see you contacted our customer support and we already opened a case with the shipper. Normally we have to wait 2 weeks before filing a case with them so it can take some time before they check the shipment and answer. I expect everything is ok with the package and we just need some patience, but if something goes wrong with the package we'll make sure we find a solution.
