I’ve very recently started a new role with the help of Raffaela here at Sphere Recruitment. From start to finish, Raffaela was incredibly friendly, proactive and really took the time to understand what it was I needed from my next role.

I’ve always found it difficult speaking with recruiters as I’ve felt they’ve always put their priorities first. However if you’re lucky enough to work with Raffaela, I can confidently say you’re in safe hands.

Dorothea contacted me and kept me in the loop from the beginning until the COVID-19 situation started, then her colleague Niall assisted me. The team in SDR is extremely professional and will try their best to find a suitable slot for you, despite the challenges.
This is not the usual recruiting agency, they see the value in you and will still consider you when an opportunity rises. It may take some time, but it is worth the wait. I have not started my new job yet, but I am really excited.
The process was smooth and well-thought-of in every step.

I haven't received a reply from two graduate recruiters - I emailed, called and messaged on Linkedin. Really disappointed as there are a few jobs I have the credentials for and would really like the opportunity for an interview.
