I placed an order over a month ago
I placed an order over a month ago, but have not received it nor was I charged on my credit card. I do have the invoice showing the Web Order Number as well as an ERP order number. I received an email with a link to a credit application, but didn't want to go through that process for one item. For this item I just wanted to place a credit card order online. I sent an inquiry email, just waiting to hear back.

Ordering and paying for my purchase was as expected
Ordering and paying for my purchase was without issue. I ordered a CSA approved hard hard (PIP Rocky) which arrived in a reasonable amount of time. The challenge I had was the helmet has a 5yr life span and was manufactured in 2022 so 3 years of it's life have already expired and it hasn't been on a head yet. I paid full price for a helmet that had less than half its life left.
