Ordered on the 15.12 and today is 27.12 and order has still not arrived, christmas been and gone!

Hi Nick, thanks for your feedback. I've checked and your order was dispatched on the 16th December, the day after your order was placed. Hardly a sloth-like dispatch...The patch was sent using 2nd class delivery as per our terms, to the delivery address stated on the order, which differed from your billing address. I'm sure you can understand, the delays from black friday and the xmas post have an affect on deliveries.
I would have appreciated you contacting me before leaving such a negative review.
