Urgent: Order Delivery Delay – Placed December 19
Good evening,
I hope you are doing well. I am reaching out regarding an order I placed on December 19th for a hoodie and sweatpants for my son. According to my order number there is no tracking information, and the package is not expected to arrive until January 5th.
I have attempted to call the phone number listed on your website, but it redirects me to another number without allowing me to speak with anyone. I also sent an email and have not yet received a response.
Due to the lack of communication and several concerning reviews I have since seen, I am beginning to worry that this website may not be legitimate. If I am unable to speak with someone soon to confirm the delivery status, I will be requesting a full refund.
I needed this order to arrive before Christmas, so this matter is urgent. I would appreciate a prompt response to resolve this issue.

The order was placed on the 19th and we received tracking info on the 24th. I'm afraid, due to high volumes, we do experience a bit of a delay in receiving tracking information.
Though our usual terms is 3 days handling time and 8-10 days delivery, taking this into account, unfortunately, it is very improbable that order was to be delivered before Christmas. As of now, the order is in transit and updates will continue as the shipment progresses.
Should you choose to return the item for a refund once delivered, our support team will promptly provide a prepaid return label and assist you through the process.

I ordered a Christmas gift for my niece. I never received a tracking number that it was shipped just prepared. Then I emailed them. They then told me there was an error and that they were out of stock of the item I bought and also stated that they now have it in stock and will be shipping immediately. It’s been 4-5 days since then and they never shipped the item. Christmas is also in about 4 days. I emailed them to ask what is the hold up now? NO RESPONSE. So I am requesting a refund and no response at the moment as well. Terrible holiday experience!

This hoodie is definitely not authentic. I ordered the pink spider hoodie. Paying this much for a hoodie through this website, I would have thought it would’ve been a real spider hoodie. Very disappointed. I know my daughter is going to be disappointed as well.
