Returns with Spiserhoodie!!


Ordered three sweatshirts from SpiderHoodi ($505) and it was the best online shopping experience I’ve ever had—they have an amazing customer service team., better than any company I have ever purchased from. The sweatshirts were absolutely beautiful—thick yet light, with vibrant colors and durable emblems, but I ordered the wrong size. I was super sad to find they were sold out of the sizes I needed, but I completely understand why. I replied to the email that that had my order on confirmation and with in 5 hours they responded and emailed me a return label same day. A couple weeks later, They proactively followed up when they noticed the label had not been used and asked if I still planned on returning the sweatshirts. I printed the label, returned the sweatshirts, and had my refund within three days. Truly outstanding customer service and amazing quality clothing.
