Shipping was quicker than I thought. The hoodie feels warm but still breathable, so I can wear it year-round.

The sweatpants are soft inside and the cuffs don't stretch out after wearing them all day. You can tell the quality is better than regular fast-fashion brands.

Super comfortable hoodie that works both for lounging and going out.

Was a little skeptical at first but the tracksuit blew me away. The color is bold, the stitching is solid, and people keep asking me where I got it.

I love the oversized fit, it sits exactly how streetwear should.

I recently purchased three Sp5der hoodies for my 14 year old son for his back to school wardrobe and overall I’d say we had a very good experience. We are very impressed with the quality. You can tell it is of the highest standard. The material seems to be thinker and more durable than most popular brands are. The inside of the hoodies have a super soft and cozy fleece material.

It's a little bit difficult making purchases online when you're not able to try the product on, especially it being the first time purchasing the Sp5der brand. We got the sale that was going on with purchasing two hoodies and getting one free. We purchased all three of them as a size medium. We're a little surprised that two of them are true to size and one of the size mediums seem to be quite larger fitting than the other two. So that is my only complaint that they're not all true to size.

And I would like to add that the shipping was very quick. Within 24 hours I was giving a tracking number for my purchase. I was very happy with the customer service. I was immediately notified that one of the items I purchased was out of stock and I was able to give them a replacement item and it shipped out immediately. I had my items within a week of placing the purchase.

The site is easy to navigate and has lots of selection. The clothes are high quality and very nice.

After multiple emails to both the company and the shipping company my package has still not arrived 5 weeks after it was ordered and shipped. It currently says it has been or for delivery in my city for 4 days. Disgusting company and have notified my credit card company to have it refunded.

This website is terrible. Do NOT order from them. They shipped me a defective poor quality sp5der hoodie. After a few weeks of complaining, they promised a replacement, then a week later said it was out of stock. Then they offered me 2 of my choice that were in stock. I ordered them a month ago and they never shipped. Now when I contact them, they don't reply. Do NOT buy from them.

I wish I could give them a big fat zero! It's a total scam! Unable to get a hold of them and all my emails to them come back. I received a fake tracking number that showed my hoodie was delivered to Miami although my supposed invoice showed my California address. Total fraud!!!

Worst customer service and slowest shipping ever

SCAM. SCAM.. tried to call that number from the website and it is a fake number. Don’t buy it. My son lost $170 orders from this scammer

Soft, worn and washed many times and still looks good for a white sweatshirt. Well made.

What a great value. Better than sweatshirts I have spent 160 dollars. Very comfortable and washes well. No shinkage. looks great also.

Hey so if anyone can see this, I purchased mine on the 26th of January and its now the fifth of February and it says processing.

I order 3 spider hoodies on 1/6/25 but only received 2 (it was supped to be buy 2 get one free). All of them were fake and not authentic spider hoodies. I reached out to the seller to start a return but was no response. Since i made the purchase through PayPal i had to open up a claim with them for assistance. The seller responded to PayPal and sent me a return label. The items were returned on 1/17/25 through UPS. The seller confirmed he received the items back on 1/27/25 and advised would take 3 to 5 business days to get refund. I still have not received the refund as of today 2/5/25. I had to escalate the open claim to PayPal for further assistance with getting my money back. This seller is a liar and a fraud. I will never buy anything from them again. I hope this review helps someone not make the same mistake I made. If I could give zero stars I would!!!!!

Definitely soft and comfortable. All the stitching looks good. XL was perfect fit for me 6'2" & 220lb.
