I think something must have happened with their website and customer service in the last few years. I have had the tie of the month subscription for two years and their website was easy to use and they were responsive when I first ordered. Now, I can't even find an actual website. It just goes to cratejoy's website. I have emailed them 3 times with 3 different email addresses that I found and have gotten no response. There is no phone number to call. My son liked the ties but by using the overloaded platform cratejoy to sell their product and no customer service, I would rather buy ties on a different website.

Worst customer service. I have written them multiple times with no response. I was charged for a tie and never received it. There is no phone number to call.

I was charged for a subscription I did not purchase. Somehow I think it got renewed in error. I had not been on your website in close to two years. The address it was going to was an old address no longer valid. I was looking for a refund.

I get so excited to see what new tie I get each time. I always gets complimented on how beautiful the ties are. I also enjoy the info card on various ways to tie your ties and the fun facts!

I LOVE my Spiffster Bow Tie of the Month Subscription. I had asked my husband to give me a subscription for Christmas two years ago. The variety of bow ties made me feel like it was Christmas every month. I loved the assortment so much I renewed my subscription last year and then again this year. It's the gift that keeps on giving! I posted about it on social media, and another friend got a bow tie subscription for himself. Thank you, Spiffster, for keeping me looking dapper all year round.

I love the high quality of the ties and the unique patterns. I like the tie guide and fun fact sheet that comes with each order. The price is absolutely unbeatable. As someone who is a musician, I get a ton of compliments on my ties and recommend Spiffster to everyone.

I have received several excellent looking, high quality ties and bow ties. The customer service department was incredibly helpful when I had a shipment get messed up (not sure it was even spiffster’s fault). I spread the word about spiffster every chance I get.

Fantastic experience all around! Started with a 6 month tie subscription (received as a gift), but kept renewing. Ties were high quality and the pattern choice was excellent. Zero complaints. Well worth it!
