A Nigerian man was trying to solicit child pornography and sell drugs using this app and i passed the information on to the correct authorities but unfortunately this scammer/ online predator used this app and whatsap amd as great as the encryption is on these apps i dislike how these apps help scammers and pedophiles+ drug dealers get away with their sickening crimes and these companies are willing to protect their identities.

I like the way I fell secure
But I don't like the act that company deactivate my account

I had a wonderful experience using this app for my daily work emails. Initially, I was blocked out, but their support team was actively working to resolve my issue. They managed to fix it within 24 hours. Great job, Spike support, for helping me out! Your app definitely deserves a 5-star rating!

I cannot get the information or email address to get in touch with the spike customer service to report my account being hijacked not hacked. This person has linked himself to my account since like May 5 . And no one seems to give me an honest & unconfusing answer.

Cannot login or negate the exposed constraints.

I am writing to respectfully request a review of the recent suspension of my account. I received a message stating that my access has been temporarily suspended due to a possible misuse, currently under investigation by your fraud department.

I want to clarify that I have not engaged in any fraudulent activity. However, I did recently misplace my phone, and during that time, it is possible that a third-party login occurred through another app connected to my account. I believe this may have triggered the suspension by mistake.

I’ve already submitted a couple of messages but haven’t received a response yet. I kindly urge your team to review my case as soon as possible, ideally within the next three days, as I depend on access to my account for important communications and tasks.

I’ve also attached the relevant documentation to show the timeline and situation regarding my misplaced phone, and I hope this helps resolve any confusion.

Unable to login to Spike. I sent an email to support and continue to receive canned responses after I told them I was uninstalling it.

Stop, already!

Spike is very easy to sign up to, navigate and very secure. Very pleased with it.

Great experience staying in touch with friends and family.

It took over my regular Mac mail client where I have good control over scanning and deleting eamils esaily and quickly. Each email deletion took 3 or 4 mouse clicks whereas on my regular email I could delete each on or several at a time with one mouse click after selecting. There are also limits to the amount of data you can send in an email so you have to pay Spike well over $100 to upgrade. I have wiped this invasive software off all my devices.

Spike was my nickname instead of Mike This app is clearly shown easy peasy to clone with other in a wink. Causing instant replies more so than some larger links. Top of the class looking thru glass ever to feel wanted and seal affection truly Michael S Ball author poet artist composer and I like to sing getting applause like Spike indoor..

Deleted my account but still getting daily spam emails from them, despite unsubscribing multiple times. Not much I can so but report as spam and tell people to stay away if you respect your time and privacy.

Be very careful of this site , I used it for a week and the person that asked me to go on it . Was first on words with friends. I had been playing words with friends for months with a man called Marcel his profile on here and words with friends is fake his messages were very romantic then out of the blue he said he was robbed in cape town and needed financial support .he is trying to scam people sincerely Brenda
