On 3 occasions in one week they tried to not credit deposits I had made via crypto. The first one I eventually got sorted however the last 2 deposits they have shown little to no care in crediting. Even with all the evidence and screenshots I am told to wait for a response that I have zero confidence I will receive.
I can not understand what the support staff actually do, because they just palm everything off to the VIP manager who her in itself is also just as useless and unresponsive. I regret spending the amount I have with them
