Horrible casino, I lost over 4000$ on this site over a period of a couple weeks, I was assigned a "VIP" manager who is entirely responsible for managing my account. I requested a permanent self exclusion many times, my vip manager "bruno" ignores all self exclusion requests if his bonus offers don't entice me to keep my account open. My account is open.
