Review summary

Created with AI, based on recent reviews

Looking at 137 reviews, most reviewers were unhappy with their experience overall. Many customers expressed significant frustration with the website, describing it as glitchy and difficult to navigate, with some even expressing strong dissatisfaction. A common complaint was the unresponsiveness of customer service, with people reporting long delays or no replies to their emails, making it challenging to resolve issues. The redemption and refund processes were frequently criticized, with users experiencing prolonged waiting times, declined requests, and unexpected hurdles, such as additional purchase requirements or demands for extensive bank statements. However, some customers also noted that despite initial difficulties and slow processes, they eventually received their payouts. A few people were satisfied with the customer service, finding it supportive and responsive, and appreciated improvements in payout speed. These individuals often recommended linking a bank account early and having bank statements ready to facilitate a smoother redemption process.

Account closed after winning and submitting all verification documents.

UPDATE: After filing complaints with consumer protection agencies, the company reviewed my case, reopened my account, and processed the redemption. The issue was eventually resolved.

I strongly advise players to be extremely cautious with SpinsAmerica.

After winning approximately 700 SweepCoins and submitting a redemption request, the platform began requesting additional verification documents. I promptly provided every document requested, including proof of address and banking documentation.

Despite submitting the documents multiple times, support repeatedly claimed that documents were “not visible” or required resubmission. I fully cooperated and complied with every request within the stated timeframe.

During this process, my redemption requests were repeatedly cancelled and returned to my account. Each time this occurred, additional SweepCoins were placed on hold, reducing the amount I was able to redeem.

Eventually, my account was closed claiming that I failed to complete verification within 7 days, even though I had been actively submitting the requested documents the entire time.

This appears to be a tactic to delay verification until the deadline passes so that winnings can be confiscated.

Because of this situation I have sent a formal Notice of Intent to file complaints and will be filing reports with the Federal Trade Commission (FTC), the Better Business Bureau (BBB), and the Wyoming Attorney General.

Players should be very careful before depositing money on this platform.

Do not use this casino they don’t want…

Do not use this casino they don’t want to pay when you win. They asked me to jump through hoops to verify and when I provided all they wanted which was crazy a picture of me holding everything including my bank statement. They say they have in there rules that you only have 7 days to get everything they need so every time you send something it’s not right so they ask for more so your 7 days is up. Did not waste your time you will not get paid I promise you that

STAY AWAY

This is the worst casino I have ever dealt with. Daily bonus is 10 cents. If you decide to buy a package then it will have a 10x playthrough and even if you manage to get past the playthrough and have money to redeem they will just blacklist your account.
I REPEAT STAY AWAY. I have gambled on many social casinos and never had an issue (except with moneyfactory). Spinsamerica is BS. Do not give them any money because there is zero chance they will let you redeem any winnings.

Blacklisted after winning $12,000

Blacklisted after winning $12,000 because they say it is unavailable in my state. I had no knowledge of this. They allowed me to make purchases and play but only blacklisted me after I won. So they were willing to let me buy packages and play but as soon as it was time to redeem they blacklisted me. Do not play with SpinsAmerica. They do not want to pay you out and it is wild that this is how it all played out.

I had been verified for months with no previous payouts but as soon as I won some actual money they want me to reverify. I complied because they have my money but after sending in everything they requested they blacklisted me. INSANE. I am going to be reposting this review everyday to make sure anyone who checks trustpilot can stay tf away. I am going to flood this page. I can stomach a $500 loss no problem but wrongfully not paying me out $12,000 is insane. I will make a new email every single day and repost this review unless they make this right.

I am not a bot. This is not a fake review.

I have an account with literally every sweeps casino ever existed just to give you an idea. I’ve won money at most of them and made several seamless redemptions. So obviously I’m a legit player and have all the requirements needed by these places to redeem.
So I won 100sc fair and square. Tried to do the instant bank transfer but kept glitching until that option just disappeared. Ok fine, I’ll do prepaid card. Nope, within just a few hours I’m blacklisted from SpinsAmerica. No details given..either we are missing something in the fine print or they are just cheapskates that don’t want to cough up the cash. I’m voting for the latter.

5 declined redemptions already

5 declined redemptions already! I played after verified my account, and now they are asking for Proof of address, selfies with, debit cards, bill statements, bank statements, etc. They don’t want to pay. I just going to keep redeeming my sweepstakes coins, maybe next year will be approved. Lol I spent $650, I finally won $600, And now they don’t want to pay. It’s fine. At least I can warn more people of what they are getting in to. They only reason that I played in that casino it was because my account was supposedly verified.

3 stars changed 4

3 stars because It took over a month to get winnings. Which I appreciate getting and they did assure me that it will not be the same next time. they claimed went through a change. So thanks for coming through for me in the end. Also like to say that I was paid in full unlike some unnamed social casinos which if you won on your free points then they're not going to give you but $25 and they don't tell you that but not this place so I am having to give maybe I'll give it four stars actually y'all did come through for me spinsAmerica

scammers

Place is from Romania they cashout your first tickets quickly then the scammers won’t reply afterwards only to ask you for a passport, banking statement, Federal IDENTIFICATION card real ID, Government State Drivers License, they gonna ignore you and keep asking for all your personal documents and then ban your accounts the USA address is a proxy millions of companies are registered there because that’s these mafia/ scammers from across seas knows that you won’t trust them and they also don’t hesitate to give you a payout in the very beginning immediately afterwards it’s a problem that nothing can fix and they probably sell all your information to scammers for identify theft the amount of people they’ve scammed is alarming $10,000 waiting to Cashout got ip banned and they have all your business a stranger not a business no rules no regulations just thugs with a website I self excluded with $2,500 inside my balance because they are asking for your entire social securities numbers and birth certificates and there’s only been maybe 3 people that has had redemptions over $100 in the past year they will find every way to prolong your payment and ban your account after stealing your money maybe the Romanian FBI needs to raid these crooks I don’t care they’re thieves and just like Andrew Tate and his brother these thieves deserve jail time and fines and they are committing identity theft so good luck trying to prove you’re innocent if they use your information in a heist if all that’s worth it by all means trust them

Account Closed Without Explanation

I would strongly advise people to be cautious with Spins America. My account was suddenly closed and labeled “blacklisted” without any clear explanation, even though I did not violate any rules and never had any issues with the platform. It feels like accounts can be shut down at any time without transparency or accountability. When I asked for clarification, I received vague responses with no real reason provided. If you decide to play here, understand that your account can apparently be closed at their discretion with little to no explanation. That lack of transparency is very concerning and does not build trust with users.

Just sharing my experience so others are aware before investing their time on this platform

I have no idea why these guys have such a low rating but I'm here to tell you this place has been nothing short of amazing! I made my first deposit and won 1k, they do follow normal verification process which took a few days extra at redemption but no issues at all, they paid it all out in full! I trust this site and will continue to spend and play here. Thank you so much for being 1000% legit!
