nearly a year and site now since winning €900, which is still unpaid and now seems website invalid, unable to log on.

Been holding off and holding off doing this review I placed a withdrawal request on the 6th of may for £3000 and I still haven't received it I'm told it's not been forgot about it will soon me processed same messages every time I try to talk to someone on chat no response to emails. It's far past the point of being a "delay or extra security checks" it's beyond a joke and the wait is extremely excessive I'm really not one to complain but this is beyond a joke with no end in site!!

Still waiting on a withdrawal of £1000 its been over 2 months and still nothing from them. Terms and conditions says 7-21 days so they cant even stick to there own ts&cs. Same message and excuse given everytime about being busy with requests. Emailed them and had zero response. Its a joke, do not play here!!!

I’ve deposited about £1000 I’ve won £650 it’s been nearly 3 weeks still no withdrawal it hasn’t been 21 business days yet but as soon as it has and I don’t get my withdrawal I’ll be contacting contacting police and my bank to get what I can back as then I will go off all the reviews that this company is a scam , I will delete this review if they do send me the money im owed I think 5 more business days they’ve got . But from the reviews and how they seem to be on the chat I can’t see it happening .

Took almost 3 months, constant contacting from me & asking what’s going on believing it was a scam..I finally received my wins today, however I would not play this ever again & would not recommend as there is no reason why it should take 3 months to pay you wins!

Been waiting for 30 days for my withdrawal request it’s been 30 days and it does state 7-21 days after been on online chat with customer support been told numerous times it’s due to extra security reasons and be patient, been told I will be emailed after my details have been passed to the customer finance department and I will receive an email update still haven’t. Tryed to click chat option and nothing won’t go on chat or let me select the option even scrolled down to the bottom for customer support let me select it apart from live chat option

The games and site look good but they didn't have enough financial backing to begin with so everyone is unable to get paid their winnings.
They broke their own T&C's and have still not paid me after 22 days.
I spoke with the support and it is the same messages over and over.
I am now taking legal action against them for the amount plus damages.
I hope to also shut them down in the U.K as they are a Con site

Yes you can contact your bank and request a merchant dispute for your deposits explain they are a scam company and screenshot reviews.

Withdrawal made on the 29th March.

Over 100 emails sent not one reply.

Licence number another sites and blacklisted so not regulated.

Resolver and casinomeister have tried to resolve they also have been ignored.

Trust pilot should remove them completely.

Withdrew on the 7th feb never got it , my money was put back in my account on the 28th may , they saying either wrong details or not verified both was correct, was gonna just play get rid of the money and forget the site but I got it up to 500 , so put a withdrawal in ,i asked how long withdrawals take they said a few days ill get a e mail asking for my bank details, er no ive already put my details in for payment, so lets see wat happens this time, I won't hold my breathe of ever seeing the money !!!

Scam scam scam scam scam! In website terms and conditions it states 24-48 for withdrawal. Takes 7-21 days when you query why it’s not arrived. Chat is just a joke resending the same message even if you send a note that’s not even a sentence just random words. The registration/ licence number they quote doesn’t exist. Having read all these other reviews I doubt I’ll see my money again. Just avoid, I wish I had read these first. I won’t sign up to another online casino without doing due diligence again. Just had an email saying my £200 deposit was confirmed when I hadn’t added more money to lose. Thankfully I’d froze my card so they couldn’t take any more

I've just deposited 30 pounds and withdrew 700 pounds .after reading the reviews I'm not holding my breath on getting that money. Could have been worse like I say I only risked 30 pounds .I would urge anyone DO NOT SIGN UP TO THIS SITE .

Edit: After doing some research into them and their "license" they are a complete scam, the license is known to be fake and used by many other sites that are scam sites, never paying out any withdrawals with excuses of checking the gameplay that you didn't cheat to win etc. Noone has ever received a withdrawal from them or any of their sister sites.

My bank is in the process of a merchant dispute to refund me the money I deposited.

Do not be taken in by them, you will never get any of you winnings with excuse after excuse followed by them closing your account.

Edit 2: After further checks looking up their domain name registration they have put their name, email, contact information in as "Removed for Privacy", they have put that in as company name etc to make it look like the registration company have done it which is totally false, registration companies do not do that. COMPLETE SCAM.

Edit 3: I suggest anyone taken in by this scam contact the domain registration company they have used using the following address and feel free to copy my email to them -

I'm writing to complain about spinsheaven.com, they are a fake online casino who are stealing from people, you make deposits and any money won is held in a withdrawal process for weeks and months with excuse after excuse and never paid out, eventually you are banned from the online live chat, which is run by bots and they ignore all your emails. There are a lot of people affected by this as a simple Google search will show, searching online you will not find any positive comments about them. Looking at the details they have registered with you gives no details about them as they have typed in all there information as "Removed for Privacy" to hide, something you as the provider should have picked up on.

Please cancel this domain as soon as possible, many people are now reporting them to their banks for fraud.

It's been 2 months and no withdrawel paid out. 😪

I deposited over £700.

I made a request to withdraw £800 on the 4th march and is now 22 working days.

The live chat is a con and they are just copy and paste messages, they have no intention of paying this money.

Several emails have been sent with no reply i still have over £300 in my account with no way of getting this out. How they can carry on is beyond me
They have no licence.

The next option is to report fraud through my bank to see if there is anything can be done this way via a crime
