Writing another review after more broken promises after 49 working days. No contact after providing information on previous reviews. Same copy and paste answers. They didn’t respond to Casino Guru. No response to my emails. It’s such a shame as id happily play on the site if they could sort their withdrawals out.

System fault stopped each game. After several faults and a promise to refund my lost bets I have heard nothing. Money down the drain. Only had an email address no live chat. Lost £20
Total scam stiffed for £20 and no reply to two emaiils. I can see i am not the only one to be stiffed by this crooked site

Why no answer to my emails?. The error messages on at least 5 of your games told me I should have a refund within 3.62 hours on bets place before each termination and If not to contact you. As you have no chat facility it leaves email as the only method to seek redress.
PUT IT ANOTHER WAY. IF YOU MAKE IT IMPOSSIBLE TO WIN OR EVEN COLLECT WINNINGS, WHY NOT JUST REFUND THE MISSAPROPRIATED MONIES IN THE KNOWLEDGE THAT IT WILL STILL DROP IN TO YOUR COFFERS?

This is what they ask for and it is almost impossible tobsupply but that is their crooked modus operandi.

I cancelled my old withdrawal hoping if I put a new request they'll pay me as I haven't received even 1 withdrawal. But no. Day 14 and still no money, bullshit casino. Do not start playing. Scammers. I'm going to try get my deposits back through bank , marking them as scam.

I made a withdrawal request 22 January and I’m still waiting for my money , I keep emailing and getting no response, I go to the chat I get the same thing everytime that they need to go through all the processes, even though I’m well over the time frame they said it would take , nothing is getting done about it , and I don’t believe I will ever get my money , absolute disgrace, no other site takes this long , they are quick to take your money but not to pay it out , it’s disgusting how they can do that to you , should be ashamed , it’s an absolute joke .

I keep replying to their responses and get no reply, so please don’t think you are getting somewhere when they reply to you on TP saying they will help, they most definitely don’t.

It has been months since I asked this scam site to close my account.
They tell me on chat to email Rhea or Nicolas I have done this 21 times but they don't reply. My bank card details remain on the site. I've had to replace my cards because funds were attempted to be obtained from them. They are scammers! They have started to send me promotional emails again as well.

Seit Monaten versuche ich mein Konto bei Spinsheaven wegen Spielsucht sperren zu lassen.Livechat verweist an Email Adresse und sagt sie können nicht sperren.Ich habe nun an 3 verschiedene Email Adresse,mindestens 50 Mails geschickt und absolut keine einzige Antwort bekommen.
Konto ist immer noch geöffnet und ich habe weiterhin Geld verloren.
Nun werde ich Rechtliche Schritte einleiten.

For months I've been trying to have my Spinsheaven account blocked because of gambling addiction. Livechat points to an email address and says they can't block it. I've now sent at least 50 emails to 3 different email addresses and haven't received a single response. Account is still open and I continued to lose money. Now I will take legal action

Waiting over a month for a withdrawal even though it says 24/48 hours on their website. They only give excuses. No signs of money!

Just so you know I shared my info for them to look into it and they haven’t bothered doing anything. Full on scam site. Don’t use!

Sorry for my english... its not the best. I made my 1st deposit. Now wagered 3000€ out of a 100€ and got 650€ to cashout. Im already scared off the reviews that I wont get my money. I have won money and once I wanted to withdraw it’s says 7-21 days to withdraw the website says 24-48 hours for withdrawal I have emailed with no reply. I will update if I receive my winnings

If you want to go on casino guru and you have been waiting longer than 14 days they will help you with a complaint that’s what I will be doing if I don’t receive mine in that time frame.

i Have to give the site one star at the moment as i have not received my withdrawal funds, very surprised that once i requested a withdrawal it then states you have to wait 7-21 days for you to receive funds. after reading the reviews on hear there’s a good chance i won’t receive my funds. i may after contact my bank and report as fraud.

update, i asked on live chat as to why they don’t tell customers on there timescales of withdrawals and they closed the chat . sent an email to them also, not sure i will get a response tho.

day 10 no withdrawal - no update from spins heaven. just been on live chat and still no clarity on the withdrawal. my 21 day period check ends on the 24th of march. frustrating !! that response below from them means nothing, it’s just there to make people think they are pro active!

Day 11 no withdrawal - no response - logged a complaint with casino guru and they are going to intervene today hopefully they get a result.

day12 no withdrawal- only response i have had over the weekend was texts offering me bonuses if i deposit !!!

day 18 no withdrawal, spoke to them on chat to confirm when the 21 day period ends and they decided to end the chat, every time you ask a simple question they end the chat.

day 20 no withdrawal, asked spins heaven will my withdrawal be in my account tomorrow their reply “we can’t confirm this “ !!

day 21 guess what ??? no withdrawal !!!

Opened an account and now they won't leave me alone - no exaggeration, I have asked their support and live chat to unsubscribe my mobile number from SMS marketing over 20 times and I still get messages every single day from them and their affiliates.

DO NOT SIGN UP TO THIS CASINO - IT'S A SCAM AND THEY WILL SPAM YOU FOR LIFE. THESE GUYS ARE TOTAL SCUM BAGS.

Lying on a public forum isn't really the best way to respond to a negative review! Why would someone be marketing your casino, without your permission, for free?! That just doesn't make sense.

And when I harassed your support team to ask them to unsubscribe me over and over - they replied "We keep passing it on to the Spins Heaven marketing team but we don't know why they don't unsubscribe you - if it was up to us, we would unsubscribe you right away so you leave us alone".

So your own support function has proven you are lying scum bags.

It took about 25 working days to be paid.
Not a great experience. But it could have been worse

Initiated a withdrawal request and was told between 7-21 working days which is absolutely ridiculous. The only option available is to my card which I know will be rejected. I sent an email, no reply, asked live chat and just cut off so not hopeful. Another issue is that on Nolimit games there is no replay of big wins which makes me suspicious that it's fake... updates to follow
Update 1... within 5 mins of this review being published I got the reply telling me to contact them , if they bothered to read the review they'd of seen they've already not replied to one email

This site is an absolute scam withdrawal request sent on the 31st of December and no payment and I have now just been blocked from the live chat it is absolutely disgusting all you get is the same copy and paste replies for weeks they have no intention of paying out at all I deposited over £2000 pound aswell!! Avoid at all costs!!

Chat can only use copy and paste answers, they avoid all questions. Not one bit of their 5000 word reply was relevant to my questions. They advised other methods of withdrawal can be quicker but no guidance when asking if I should cancel and do things another route. A manager was meant to be contacting me but no emails received. Avoid at all costs, I wish I had read the reviews first. It doesn't take 3 weeks for a transfer were in 2025. But hey if anyone is looking for a job where your only required to copy and paste and send it to customers this is your dream job, get applying.

this is so far the worst casino! i do not recommend it! support chat is very rude and i think that's they don't have customers ))) do not play there! choose any other casino but not this one. once you open account they will start harrasing you with emails and phone sms about promotions which is very annoying
