After depositing €20 and receiving a 100% welcome bonus, I played fairly, met all the wagering requirements, and built my balance up to €770. However, when I attempted to withdraw my winnings, the casino only allowed me to take €100 and confiscated the remaining €670 without a valid explanation.

When I reached out to customer support, I was met with constant gaslighting. They kept changing their explanations about why my money was taken, refused to provide any written proof of the rules they claimed to be enforcing, and repeatedly told me to check their terms—yet nowhere did the supposed withdrawal restriction exist. Instead of addressing my concerns, they shut down the conversation by closing the chat, and when I emailed them, I received copy-paste responses that avoided the issue entirely.

Their excuse was that my winnings were capped at five times my deposit (€100), but this rule was never disclosed before I played. If a casino hides key restrictions and only reveals them after a player wins, that is fraud.
