AVOID…. I called up to enquire about a Mercedes c class, the guy on the phone said I could pay a deposit but the keys where not available as a problem with the key safe and he would get back to me later that day which he didn’t, I had to contact him again and again. The photos showed two keys for the car but it only came with one he said the other key was lost! Sorry how can you lose a key when you are a dealership very concerning! and he would not reduce the car to cover the cost of the extra key, I asked to speak to a manager and he wouldn’t allow me to said he wasn’t in and he would get him to call to which of course he hasn’t! I personally feel he was sexist and as I’m female just fobbed me off as my husband has dealt with other car dealers before and they have been fantastic but as for me was disgusted by the treatment I recieved. I had to request my refund three times before I got it again he thought due to me being female it didn’t matter. Shocking, poor, worst car dealer I’ve ever dealt with. Do not buy from them

We would like to clarify the sequence of events for transparency. A deposit was taken subject to confirmation that the vehicle had two sets of keys. At the time of enquiry, we were unable to verify this immediately as our keys were secured in our key safe, which we temporarily could not access while awaiting a locksmith.
Once access to the key safe was restored the following day, we checked and confirmed it had one key. You were informed of this as soon as possible by email, and your deposit was returned in full shortly afterwards without delay.
We also offered alternative solutions, including contributing towards the cost of a replacement key or arranging a replacement key at an authorised Mercedes-Benz retailer at our expense. Unfortunately, these options were not accepted.
We respectfully refute any suggestion of unfair or discriminatory treatment. We treat all customers with professionalism, fairness, and respect, regardless of personal characteristics.
While we regret that this situation did not meet your expectations, we are confident that we acted promptly once all information was available and made reasonable efforts to resolve the matter.
