Was sent a congratulations email by them. I was able to withdraw 10k , 5000 a week as that’s the limit . Which I understand , now on my final 4K I sent a withdrawal request and they have now disabled my account. They want me to upload documents to my account which I can’t access and they will probably wipe my winnings from profile I’m so disappointed, it was my favourite casino

I played here for a few weeks. My first withdrawal went without a hitch. But then I had a large withdrawal. Customer service and VIP service would not tell me why I couldn’t get it out after I met all verification steps. They kept telling me it was a “unique” situation and that I couldn’t be paid with no other details. I have pics of all correspondence which shows how shady this place this.
