"Everything was fine at first, until you started winning. That’s when the problems begin. They start having trouble verifying your details and confirming your account. Your account manager helps you during the deposit phase, but once you try to withdraw your money, issues begin. And even when you attempt to close your account no one responding. the live chat doesnt do nothing. i had a problem with a bonus they didnt credited and they told that i need to deposit again because they couldnt see it in the system. terrible casino

To summarize, I’ve played at around 20 different sites, and this is the first time I’ve had so much struggle with the customer agents.
Deposited once, won a good amount. Deposited with revolut Mastercard, when I wanted to withdraw, they required me to start a Skrill account. Then they said I have to make a minimum deposit on my Skrill account, then everything should be fine.
Then they started asking for a 3
Month account statement from both my Skrill and Revolut. Like that isn’t private enough already, and seem abit odd. After I submitted the documents, they kept cancelling my withdrawal attempts without any explanation or email. They kept saying that I missed the account statements, even if I uploaded it repeatedly. Until now Ive had to contact customer support around 11-12 times. They all said my account is verified, and the withdrawal will happen soon. No withdrawal received and still get cancelled every time.
Never play here, ever. They go all out to make verification difficult for you. And they will do whatever it takes to not let you take out the winnings.
