No pressure,as a new buyer in cask whisky,i found the whole journey fun and enjoyable,with no pressure,big shout out to John Maynard for his guidance.

I bought 2 casks last year. I found the overall experience very easy. I wasn’t forced into anything or felt obligated to do anything I didn’t want to. All my questions about whisky investments were answered. A monthly price sheet was emailed to me which I found great to get an idea of what was what. The cost, region,age and distillery. After my purchase, Ownership papers were sent out ASAP by email and paper copy along with purchase agreement. Once my casks were moved to Breaside bond warehouse I was given a delivery note and organised a visit to see them. Again any other question I had was answered. Excellent service start to finish. Would highly recommend Spirtitfilled.

Spiritfilled have been an absolute pleasure to deal with, from the first enquiry to the final transaction. I found them to be knowledgeable, passionate about what they do and genuine about delivering a positive customer experience.

Bought three new fill casks from Spiritfilled November'24. The process was really easy and Chris was very knowledgeable in helping me choose based on my investment criteria.
Had time to think about the options with no pressure of buying and once I did decide it was very straightforward to transact.

I was really not sure if it was the safest option knowing that there are scams also happening but Jonathan was really helpful and really helped me with all my apprehensions. All my questions were answered in timely manner and they also helped me with great advise and what is a fruitful investment.

Very good customer support. Calls are not intrusiv. Very patient and supportive on your way to a cask. Even more possibilities upcoming for customers which comes with the price for storage in comparison to other Traders on the higher side. Base program suited for resellers. As a „consumer“ solutions to match your Ideas are tried to make possible in a good way.
A little downside in the casktrading is the lack of importance in detailing the casks! More than: 1st/2nd fill and sherry/rum Cask is barely found. Hope this gains generally in the industry more importance! I will continue with spiritfilled also in regard of the upcoming exiting changes.

Made both a cask purchase and a bottle purchase from Spiritfilled. Throughout both I found the people and the company to be communicative, approachable, efficient, reliable, and true to their word. Buying a cask from a broker is a daunting experience - its a lot of money for something that you cannot physically see, touch or hold in your hands.... Chris dealt with our purchase with respect and patience, and it was his comms style that "sealed the deal" so to speak. Bottle purchase was smooth and delivery was very quick, well packaged and the Mythical Beasts series packaging is excellent. Cannot fault our experience so far !

I've been analysing the possibility of investing in whiskey casks for quite some time, to be truthful, what made me decide to act this time was the nice, calm, informed, poised and collected conversations I had with Chris Barrett.
Besides my opinion, that it is personally biased by definition, the interaction with Spiritfilled company was nothing short of excellent. From the first contact to the actual purchase agreement, the commercial support was enough without being pushy, the information arrived on time and was clarified, any doubt was swiftly addressed and all the necessary documentation was provided on time.
Now, I hope that the investment grows to buy more of it.
