Very pleased with our purchase layzspa honolulu. Have been looking for sometime , everywhere out of stock. Had a few queries, very helpful customer service , a little more expensive than I wanted to pay but easy ordering and quick and efficient delivery .

This was a present for a young family and they are absolutely thrilled with the pool. Well done splash fun team.

Ordered the hot tub on Saturday, recieved the following Tuesday. Excellent service, called before ordering to check stock and gentleman on the phone was really helpful!

Only issue was the video said the Havana came with 2 pilows, which were not in the box. This is more a manufacturing fault and not a company fault.

So happy to receive my layz spa Havana recived it after 3 days it's amazing it is grey rattan effect goes lovely with my garden furniture

Finally found a Layzspa Helskini in stock here after constantly watching stock everywhere for ages! Slightly more expensive than anywhere else but happy to pay the price when it was going to be delivered within a week, Arrived Within the delivery expected time, nice and easy to put together - no problems with delivery or actual item, been enjoying It ever since!

I had a question about products which was answered quickly. The hot tub arrived the day before scheduled delivery which was great. Could have done with few more instructions about setting up the hot tub as my husband struggled and ended up watching the video on you tube. Once up and running it’s absolutely amazing. So glad we got one - loving it especially at night with the soft lights.

Absolutely brilliant service. Hot tubs were sold out everywhere and I came across this company, was a little bit worried as I had never heard of this company before. Ordered the lazy spa Miami which was a little more expensive than I had I had seen on other sites but wasn't really phased by the price difference, as we desperately wanted one. Ordered on Sunday night, dispatched Monday morning and it arrived by Tuesday afternoon. Free delivery aswell. Haven't had to deal with customer service so can't really review on that but everything else was brilliant and I would highly recommend this company.

Well done splash fun.layzspa,delivered next day as promised,bought so myself and better half could ease our aging joints. Damn brilliant . easy to set up.one problem,grandkids seem to like it more than us.

Arrived the day after ordered. Fast efficient service. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company. Even called to ask a few stupid questions and all answered.

Ordered a hot tub on the Saturday. It arrived the following Wednesday. The driver used pallet and trolley to move it into the garage for us. All as hoped, brand new and boxed appropriately. Not dodgy rubbish I've heard about from other websites recently.
Hot tub has been up for the past week or so and no problems to report. All as hoped. Thanks very much.

We had been trying to get a hot tub for weeks to help entertain our children over the Summer as lots of places still closed. Was very hard to find one and so we were very pleased when we found the lay z spa Miami in stock at Splashfun. Couldn’t have asked for a better service - great communication and next-day delivery! We now have two very happy children. Would recommend this company!

At a time when hot tubs are sold out everywhere we actually managed to get a Helsinki Lazy Spa ordered via Splashfun. Given no-one else had any in stock I was a little dubious if the order would be honoured but I need not have worried. Our Helsinki arrived within the 5 working days as promised. It was a little more expensive than other suppliers but it was worth paying the extra to get delivery while the summer was still here. It has been brilliant and we've spent hours in it despite only having it a few days. Kids love it too.

Absolutely brilliant we ordered a lay z spa Hawaii as we couldn’t go away for our anniversary we do a hot tub stay away every year, so we took the plunge (literally) and bought one. Found one for a great price here and ordered straight away, it was here by the next morning so easy to inflate and fill we didn’t do it till late so we waited until the next day to go in it as it takes a while to heat up.
We love it, it’s so comfortable!
Unfortunately I can’t say the same about the courier as they used UPS, haven’t experienced a worse delivery in my life delivered by a rude driver who’s only option was to leave it in the middle of the street! Refused to bring it to the door and explained it’s a two man lift. I went to get my shoes in to move it and he had driven off!! Again that’s no reflection on SplashFun which is why my ratings so high.
Perhaps SplashFun could maybe consider a different courier.

Initial enquiry by phone and spoke to a very knowledgeable adviser who answered all my questions fully. Ordered Hawaii hydro jet on Saturday and it arrived on Wednesday. UPS Delivery man needed help to carry parcel from van to house so good job Hubby was around. Definitely a 2 man job to carry box. Very pleased with purchase and service from SpashFun to date. Email correspondence excellent. Invoice from SplashFun enabled me to register for warranty with Bestway without any problems. Would have no hesitation in ordering from them again.

Amqzing delivery was next day the online chat provider Laura was very helpful and kind.

Excellent customer service via the online chat. We’d been let down by another supplier, but Laura found us exactly what we wanted and had it shipped next day delivery for us at no extra cost. Couldn’t ask for more! And can’t recommend highly enough!
