The best ever service I could imagine
What amazing service. I spotted a hot tub available at 7:15pm, and their live chat was still open to confirm the item was in stock. Not only that, the assistant said that if I got the order in quickly, it would be despatched that evening for delivery the following morning. To my surprise, a van turned up at my house an hour later to deliver the hot tub directly to myself - by coincidence the supplier was just down the road! The best ever service I could imagine. Thank you!
