Never receive the product nor a refund. After several attempts trying to resolve the matter with customer service I was unsuccessful.

I ordered the Beauty Balm from Splendor Balm and never received it. They first claimed they would reship the product, but that was a lie. I followed up with them over and over—at least 10 emails back and forth—yet they never sent the replacement.

After all that wasted time, they then promised me a refund. That, too, was a lie. No refund was ever sent, and after stringing me along with false promises, they simply stopped responding altogether.

This company is completely unprofessional, dishonest, and fraudulent. They took my money, never delivered my order, and never refunded me. Splendor Balm is not a brand you can trust—they are thieves.

If I could give zero stars, I would. This company is a complete scam. Do NOT order from Splendor Balm. I never received my product, and despite multiple promises, I never got my refund either. A representative claimed they would refund half my money and still send the item. That never happened.

I will be publicly posting every single email I received from them to expose this dishonesty. I chose to support this brand because it’s owned by women who look like me — but instead, they’ve taken advantage of that trust. This kind of behavior reflects poorly on our community and it’s unacceptable.

Let this be a warning to others. Don’t waste your money.

Major red flags here! Claimed to be USA-based and Black-owned, but seems like a total scam. Product itself is messy, smears, and limited to only 6 shades. Customer support? Forget about it - emails go unanswered. Shipping took months (or never arrived at all). Buyer beware: this might be a spam product. 🚫👎I would give 0 stars if I could.

I ordered the skin tint in good faith .. 1st off i expected the package in no more than 10days . It came 2mo later .. 2nd it was wrong shade .. 3rd its was a knock off brand packaging was from china.. reach out to customer service for refund which I never recieved only email stating hang on sista its coming .. or we will give you discount on more products.. they said its thier other company who made a mistake on packaging .. they are scamming people do not buy from them its a China based company misleading people ..scammers need to be banned from selling ..

I ordered the product more than a month ago and haven’t received it. I wrote to customer service many times and their response is always the same standard email response that they send to everyone. I’ve sent messages on their socials but still nothing. I’ve requested a refund but I won’t even get my money back. Such a scam.
