I have been sleeping much better and it happened after 3 or 4 nights after I started the gummies. I had tried other magnesium supplements, melatonin, herbal tea, etc. So far, I'm a believer!

Hi.....I am a 89 year male. I bought this Product to releive leg cramps. I have been using for about one month and noticed a difference already. I think it is a great product. I will continue.

I received my gummies and started them that night! At first they were hard to chew because gummies and dentures don't cooperate! But after that it was easier. I take them as directed.. about the fourth or fifth night I slept 4 hrs! I do seem to sleep longer and more restful! I have a lot of problems with my legs,but your magnesium lotion is awesome! My legs are still,no tingling etc. I love this cream. Will keep you posted on my sleep. Thank you

Prompt delivery. Was sceptical at first, as have tried many ‘remedies’ but noticed a difference within a couple of days of taking them. Sleeping really well now and no longer feel washed out all day. Definitely recommend.

I was taking tablets but they were too hard to swallow.
I decided to try your gummies and I found they worked so much better and they are so tasty and easy to take.

Beware before ordering from this company. They state that they are proudly based in the USA but the product I ordered came from China. Ordered on 17 March 2026.They omitted the street name and house number of my address, only stated Unit number, although all noted correctly on the order. Result was that it was undeliverable, therefore returned to sender. I was not made aware of it, only noticed when I checked the tracking. Advised customer service, was told it would be reshipped ASAP, new tracking number was provided. Checking a few days later it showed that the new sending was returned to the depot before even leaving China. Chased customer service about it, was told it will come soon, asked to be more specific they said 3-4 business days, that was 24 April - nothing happened, no change on tracking.So I ended up disputing the payment with my bank - sent them all correspondence and was refunded the money.
Therefore - buyer beware, not sure if you want to risk a similar experience.

I’m just in my 2nd week of taking this magnesium and I honestly can say I’m not waking up at 3am sweating as frequently already . I’m 75 years old so I’m very much past menopause hot flashes. After taking magnesium oxide for years not knowing better until I saw your site on fb with great reviews I began educating myself on magnesium. My sleep has been very poor for years and I’m adamant not to take prescribed medication and felt this was a great choice as it helps with multiple issues. The gummies taste great and I will continue to take them every night! I feel positive they will improve my overall health. Thank you!

These are absolutely fantastic. I was hoping they would be but didn’t truly believe it but they honestly are. They massively help with sleep, deep sleep. Honestly they are brilliant. Customer service also very good and they always answer emails. If you’re thinking of trying them, think no longer, they’re amazing and really actually work 💯

In honesty I am still not sleeping well and still get leg cramps. Take 2 a night.

Restless legs have quieted down and I'm only waking up one time a night instead of multiple...and I go right back to sleep! Note: I also take Trazodone 50mg for sleep.

I'm not the one using the gummies, but my husband and he couldn't tell if they helped him or not, but I found out that he took them at the time he was going to bed and I told him to try taking them an hour before bedtime and maybe he can see the difference.

I was suffering from restless legs every night and couldn’t sleep. I was using Magnesium Clycinate, it didn’t help. I read an article about SPNutrition Magnesium Bisglycinate Gummies 2 per night and My restless legs has gone and I’m sleeping again. I highly recommend them. 😋

I really do not understand what to expect. I love the gummies, they taste great, but what am I supposed to feel? How is it supposed to affect my health. Perhaps it is a bit early for results. Please let me know.

I’m on my 2nd bag of the Magnesium gummies and absolutely LOVE these. It’s my treat at the end of the day. They taste SO GOOD. I start to relax watching TV and then it’s morning. It’s helped me more than I can say.

Finally , something I found that actually works with my sleep doesn't get me through all of the night but it helps a lot more than what I was getting before
I do find I need to take a little bit more than what you recommend but life happens. I just feel I need the extra dosage

After trying numerous magnesium products these gummies actually work… amazing… just took a bit of time to be delivered to be honest

The gummies are easy to chew and taste ok too.
I am sleeping much better at night.
My cramps are a little harder to alleviate, but they are not disturbing my sleep as bad as they used to.
I will be using these gummies for quite a while.

I have tried another magnesium glycinate in pill form and found it to greatly disturb my digestion with diarrhea problems. I reallly like these gummies a lot better. I can't tell if they are helping my sleep or not, which is not my main problem--leg cramps are. But I can say that these are easier to take on my stomach and digestion, not as many problems, they taste delicious, and my leg cramps seem to have lessened using this formula.
