I ordered an Ale R-EV1 jacket size M (177cm-66kg) The quality is good as is most of Ales cycling gear. It´s okay from about 10 degrees and under. Very comfortable and a good fit for me. No complaints. Shipping was okay as was the whole process, the price was very good for a quality jacket.

I have not received my order yet after 16 days. Terrible delivery time.

Ordered Q36.5 cycling clothing from the webshop, it arrived in 3 business day in Hungary (the other end of the EU) with free shipping, product was as described, priced at around 50% of MSRP on sale.

I am very satisfied with the shopping experience and can only recommend the site.

I ordered a pair og sunglasses on sale.
My order was placed wednesday om March 8. in the evening.
Monday March 13. at lunch time i received the glasses at my address in Denmark.

Best prices for the bike protection gear, easy to pick

I ordered 2x replacement visors for a helmet. I only received one visor. I wrote emails and WhatsApp messages. I received no answer from this unprofessional company as to the reason. The worst experience I’ve had with online shopping and I will not be buying from here again. I will also be telling everyone I know not to buy from sport 4 it. It’s pretty much stealing from a customer.

Placed my order, heard nothing after a few days, so chased via all channels (email and WhatsApp, which apparently hasn't been working since March, yet they list this as their response mechanism on their website). Only received an email after pursuing through Paypal ! - when I was informed that Sport4it didn't have stock of my items and they asked me what I wanted to do next, I replied to their email and heard nothing more ! I emailed them to cancel my order which they did, yet after several more days they still had not refunded my money. So I pursued my claim through Paypal and eventually received my refund.

No prob. Fast delivery to Danmark.

Shipping cost to Ireland was exceptionally high (€20) for a very small item. (Cycliq mount). I would have bought it elsewhere but could not find item on sale in other outlet. Otherwise service was good.

Great shirt and nice present in the box!!!

Bad service and HUGE shipping charge for an item I've still not received after 2 weeks. Very disappointed and will not order from them again. I sent an email to customer service Friday with no response yet. Dreadful customer service.

I received the wrong order. I get my order when the wrong items arrive at Sport4it. It takes ages to use my ordered product because of this process.

Ordered a DT Swiss ER1600 wheelset. It was shipped without an important (for me) accessory: the DT swiss quick-release end-caps which the manufacturer states should have been included in the box. I had to purchase these accessories separately from 2 other sellers (they are difficult to find) and spent an extra 70EUR to make the wheels work for me.

The wheels themselves are fine, shipping was OK (quite slow thanks to COVID). I contacted Sport4it about the missing parts and received no reply.

Edited Feb 1, 2021: received a reply today. There was no proposed solution, only a statement placing blame on the manufacturer. I will contact the manufacturer directly to inquire whether this is accurate and will update the review when I have a reply.

sport4it reply: "We wish to apologize for this incident. Unfortunately we do not have the accessory you want in stock. The wheelsets are delivered to us in this way."

Update 02/Feb/2021:
DT Swiss reply - "Unfortunately this can happen with some E-shops that buy DT SWISS bikes for resale from unknown sources. It can then be an OEM variant (intended for bicycle manufacturers, it does not have complete ASM accessories and should not be on sale in this way)."

There was no notice on the Sport4it website that the item for sale is OEM instead of retail. Removed 1 star from my review as the proposed "solution" from sport4it was an excuse, not a solution.

Wrong size delivered, but quickly rectified.

Everything acceptable

Ordered a new DT Swiss wheelset to my road bike but then found the same model available in a local shop near to my house so decided to cancel the order with Sport4it. They canceled the order without any issues and returned the payment very quickly. I appreciate the good service provided and for sure I recommend the store and would buy with them again in the future.
