Ugh what can I say, I have placed an order for a black Adidas hoodie from this company on the 23rd of December of 2021 which is the first and last I will ever use this company, this literally has been a disaster ever since I ordered and wish I paid more for the exact same hoodie elsewhere.

This company uses UPS which in my experience is absolutely dreadful, they'll never ever deliver to your house, despite it being on "your name and your address" they will never send it to you and you'll have to collect it from UPS drop off point, well UPS was originally supposed to have the item dropped on the 4th of January but the store was closed, then it was made attepted to be delivered on the 5th which is today, now it will be delivered on the 6th ahahaha like hell, so instead of ballsing about, enough is enough, it's clear I am not getting my items and I have requested it to be sent back to the seller.

Unless this store can use a different shipping provider good luck with me doing business again, it's clearly UPS can't deliver to save their lives when its my parcel and its on my address, ship it to my address end of, but no and you can't change the delivery to your address so therefore it's being sent back as of today.

I will strongly suggest people to shop elsewhere if they want a same item, many other places do it, pay more, get it on time, don't be stupid and waste your time ordering with this company because you will be chasing UPS and you will just be let down.

PS I don't even know why I even bother writing this as it will do nothing just to let you know how frustrating this is when you've the one who paid for the item, it's yours, plus delivery just for me to collect it myself, oh you got to be joking, no thank you it either arrives at your address and if they can't do that, then a business like this shouldn't be using them to ship items, it just creates hassle and just gets a bad name, shame really, I was really looking forward in having that hoodie as well but looks like it's going elsewhere and paying more, which is what I did, so regards to this, in a few days they can have their parcel back and they can refund me the £34.00 as well.

Had stock of a trainer that I couldn’t get anywhere else last minute before Christmas. I paid for express delivery 1-3 days and it turned up the next morning. Made a little boy very happy.

I had originally wrote a bad review about Sportamore for not delivering a item on time but it was actually the delivery company who was at fault. Its the first time ive used Sportamore and it won't be the last!

A few days till Christmas and out shopping with grandson and in a sports shop where he finally finds some trainers he wanted ,but not his sz and not in stock untill after the great day.So we sat on their chairs and went on the net and hunted high and low but with no avail.So with a new football to cheer him up I promised on his birthday he will definitely have ,After dropping him home I got in and hunted again and came across yourselves and yeaaa in stock and to arrive in time ,but when the delivery day came there was a issue and I never got them ,so I made a phone call to yourselves and within minutes you sorted for the nxt day .The next day they arrived 😁on Christmas Day his face was a picture this made a Christmas that will be in our memories forever, I cant thankyou enough,have a lovely new year ,highly recommend to anybody 👌

Easy to order and turned up on time

Ordered this as a present for my daughter for Christmas.
She absolutely loves it - warm and cosy ready for a trip to Iceland. Looks very stylish as well.

The level of service is excellent, quick delivery, free returns. Fast response to enquiries and polite helpful call advisor. I’d highly recommend and would use again.

This was my 1st and last time to use Sportamore. Placed the order and received a confirmation. Requests the item to be delivered to my home address.
5 days after placing the order still no delivery email. I sent an email to customer support but no reply.
I then reviewed an email from UPS telling me my item was delivered to a Millets store..? And I had 1x day to collect item as it had reached the maximum allowed time to be at the store...!!!??
As I was away, I arranged for collection on the same day I got an email from UPS telling me it had been delivered.....what on earth is going on.? Complete mess & mix up. A complete lack of customer service and communication from both UPS & Sportamore. SHOCKING..!!!

All good, delivery on time and product was spot on.

The shoes arrived in a damaged box with none of the packaging, they were clearly returned and not new. The receipt also said 69 pounds when I paid 89 so a total con. I would never use this company again. I would advise others to not use this company either.
