All very smooth so far.
The company was very prompt in responding to my questions.
The ordering process was pretty straightforward. A minor web glitch was probably not their fault; (had to compete PayPal twice).
"Ready for despatch" was quickly notified.
Now awaiting delivery so can't comment on quality of goods.

Lost Parcel
My parcel was unfortunately lost by UPS. I was going to have to complete a lengthy report to try and recover my money. I contacted Sportamore and the customer service I received was unbelievably good. They tried to send out a replacement item. When this wasn’t possible they refunded my money and dealt with UPS. Would use Sportamore again without hesitation. Great to deal with one of the good guys!!!!

Delay item
I have not received my order yet. I placed an order on 26th December and estimated time of delivery was 5th January. Now status of delivery showing as delay but no estimated time is shown. I emailed customer service on 8th and 9th January no one bother to reply back. I know sometime delivery take longer time than usual. But atleast you should have reply my email or give me an update. All I want to know is when it will be delivered. If its going to take really long please give me my refund. Thank you

Order made November 2021not arrived in Jan 2022
Ordered a package in November 2021.
Had to ask customer service about it several times, without any result of getting the package I ordered.
When finally in Jan 2022, almost 2 months later!! still no package had arrived, and I asked to have the package refunded. Really bad service I must say.
