Update on below: Just spoken directly (free phone) to one of their wonderful operators. Issue is with UPS apparently. They have pulled out all the stops to get my return back, and my money refunded asap. They were super apologetic and admitted that there was also an issue with the advertised sizing in Nov 21 which has now been fixed. It's so fresh to deal with company who cares about thier customers, has integrity, admits their mistakes and fixes them. Great expeience - will now quite happily use them again! :)

Return process is a disaster, and their sizing. Ordered in Nov 21 Nike trainers a size 7.5 UK and they sent a size 7.0 UK so had to return them. Followed return instructions to the letter, the trainers were returned to me - no explanation. Called, resent the items using new return instructions, followed instructions to the letter - I have just received a delivery of the trainers back. This is incredibly frustrating and as another reviewer has said - no refund, no trainers, no Christmas present for my daughter and it's now Valentine's Day. Want to order from elsewhere but don't have the refund money to do so - at this rate it will be next Christmas before she has her trainers ...... if ever :(

Absolutely brilliant company to deal with amazing price for the nike skirt that I bought for much cheaper then any other site the fit and quality of the skirt is excellent and I am still in shock at how quick it was it was at my door 2 days after I ordered it I will be ordering again from this company in the future for sure

Good discounts on the items I wanted and incredibly quick delivery into the U.K. The only downside is that delivery cost for U.K. customers is now so high. Another consequence of the worst thing to happen to us- Brexit.

In the messig of sportmore.com the customer write delivery will be 1-3 days I whait 5 .days and didn’t get the product!

After reading some negative reviews I was reluctant to order anything from Sportamore as they are based in Sweden but I took a chance and it paid off. After 2 days I rang them just to see when the order might arrive.. I coulden't believe it was answered straight away by a real human who was very helpful and courteous and assured me I would have it in a couple of days which I had.Great service all round 😊😊

Fairly new on the Dutch market but great products and prices. Communication regarding shipments and returns was excellent.
Great shop if you are looking for something different.

My trainers never arrived. And they sent me only the laces....🤬🤬

Beware - the refund process isn't as is advertised on the website!
The website says "When we have received the product, we will refund you. It could take up to 7 business days for the return to be registered"
When I chased up my refund after 8 days I was told "it takes 2-3 weeks for them to receive the return - when they receive the item they refund"
If I had known this I would never have ordered from them as it now means I cant buy a replacement until my £130+ is refunded. Not impressed at being mislead !!

Was a bit worried because I didn’t know the company but with a good saving on running shoes (Nike Pegasus) for my sons birthday, I took the chance. All went smoothly , good communication, picked up from local UPS store and fitted him perfectly.

I ordered 2 Didrikson coats in November 2021. I actually didn't realise that the coats were coming from Sweden (I am in the UK) until I had to ring Sportamore with a query about the courier. The information about their warehouses is buried in the Q&A on the website and really this my only complaint as I think that should be more obvious. However customer services are excellent, the phone was answered really quickly and the staff were very helpful. Delivery took about 8 days and the same for the coat I returned. There were some queries from the courier both for the delivery and return. I think is because of new Brexit regulations and I'm sure that will become easier in time. It was a paperwork issue, I wasn't asked for any payment. I have bought Didrikson coats before and ordered 2 for choice. They are excellent quality and I would recommend the brand.
