Placed an order after being informed my order would take a few days to be delivered. When I placed my order I was sent my order confirmation and was given a date of delivery but the day before my order was supposed to be delivered I was told it would not be arriving until the following day. This happened twice, then was told there was no longer a delivery date and that I would be given a new estimated delivery date as soon as possible. It is now 5 days late of my original estimated delivery date and have know been informed by the courier that my order won’t be delivered for a further two weeks!! This is clearly a drop ship business who promise to deliver products they clearly don’t even have yet!! I will not be ordering from this company again!

We bought the parka for my wife. It arrived in a few days. It appears to be a very well made item, is very warm and my wife is delighted. It has not been used in heavy rain yet but the material is quite stiff and robust and looks like it will keep any weather out. The packaging used (plastic bag) was a bit minimal and the item was quite creased on arrival. But delivery timescale was very reasonable and the communication from Sportamore was very good.

First class service & best price for coat that I had done a lot of research for. Kept up to date via email regarding despatch & delivery of coat. Actually arrived earlier than expected, very happy with item, just what I wanted.
