Ordered a superdry gymtec jacket and it is a fake I have two of the same style jacket and have bought various other superdry items and one telltale is the labels and ID numbers this jacket had none and is made of 100 percent cotton not the tick materials other gymtec also the coloring was off to...all in all I payed for a cheap knock off....won't be ever ordering again off this site...Update Update I have sent this product back and am now waiting over a month for a refund so not only was the product a fake now they don't give you ur money back stay well away from this place...

I purchased a pair of womens Nike Speedrush trainers after they had sold out on my usual sites. After purchase I checked the site reviews which were hit and miss. I was worried as most of the negative comments were regarding delivery ie, customers had not received theor order, dubious tracking and communication.
I am happy to say I received my order within 5 days and had regular updates from Sportamore and UPS. I cannot fault this company and would definitely recommend. Plus the discounts are amazing.

My review is for customer service. I opted for the pick up point as there was a £10 difference in the delivery price to get it delivered to home which I found ridiculous as I live less than a 5 minute walk to the delivery point. I actually didn’t receive my order due to UPS claiming my delivery spot was closed on numerous occasions (it wasn’t). After 3 weeks of UPS messing me around I called the sportamore customer service. They were really easy to get in touch with, polite and pro active. Within an hour they had contacted me back to say that UPS had now “lost” the parcel. They give me an option to reorder but the size I needed was now out of stock so they issued a refund that was in my bank within 48 hours. I can’t fault the company and it really wouldn’t put me off ordering from them again. They just need to ditch UPS and use another company because that seems to be the running theme in bad reviews.

After a 2 week wait I received my order, great price, fit and quality.

The trainers are as I expected, I was specifically looking for a CrossFit trainer for wide feet, the trainers I got delivered on that, and are exactly what I expected.

The communication from sportamore has been very good. I’m in the UK and was sceptical about making an international purchase. It did take about 13 days to get here, however that was with easter break in the middle.

If I had any level of gripe it would be with UPS who gave me a delivery date, then reverted the delivery status back to awaiting a delivery date, and then left me with no update for a further 6 days, before rescheduling. I’ve given 5 stars because that’s not sportamore’s fault.

Still have not received my item I don’t know has it gone to wrong address or what

Not received my order 2 weeks on so I wouldn’t know what my new stuff feels like ive not received it, there shipping provider ups are saying they have lost my order after days of thobbing me off countless emails and im still no closer to getting my order

Don’t buy from here. They’ve given me an incorrect tracking number and they’ve said they’ve shipped my package but I can’t trace it. I’ve emailed and no one would get back to me. I hope this isn’t a scam because I’m furious!

A good discount but I’ve paid £14.99 for express delivery and tracking is telling me it’s taking 6 days to get here! So I wish now I hadn’t wasted the money… otherwise ok.
