Great service, quality items and delivered on time

This shop is probably the worst e-commerce experience. Site, browsing and searching possibilities are really BAD. Chaotic notifications. One from Sportamore another from Footway one more from Store Support, Tarcking from Kjula... Finally after ordering You are blind and cant find anything about Your order. Especially that there is no shopping history on the Page. 6 Days delivery time is not Bad but could be a bit better. Shop and service is totally chaotic and worth nothing... The only reason to be there are prices.

Good recent purchase on a sale item , wanted to buy another 1 of the same , product went back up , I find this very unusual , in the uk once something is in the sale section it usually stays on sale or reduced further , never seen it go back up in price , for this reason I found the same products elsewhere and cheaper , if you would have kept your sale prices as they are once reduced then I would have re ordered , this caused me to look elsewhere

Ordered a pair of sneakers which were too small, the postage was free to send them back. Ordered a bigger size but I had a problem paying so rang the Kundeservice, the man was very polite & helpful. Very fast delivery both times. I got my money back from the first pair of shoes within a few days. Excellent website. Would definitely recommend it & will order from them again. They deserve 5 stars

Nike shoes ordered, took about 2 weeks to be delivered to Ireland, shoes as described worth the wait for the lower price, metcon 7 shoes found them to be true to size, I take a Nike size 43 in other Nike styles and these fit the same in a 43, recommend

Thought the process up to the point of receipt might have taken much longer but goods arrived promptly and were as expected. The jackets were excellent value and could not get cheaper in the UK including delivery. That included the express delivery option. In fact the parcel has arrived more quickly than some of the items bought in the UK. Will use again.

I ordered bottoms but order the wrong size and had to send them back. The team that I was dealing with where amazing. I found them to be very professional and very quick and understand in resolving the issue with continuous up to date's. my issue has been resolved and very happy with and would recommend this company to any one definitely five stars rating

You didn't send me all goods I have paid for. And no money back.

I had to pay £6.99 p&p to get item delivered to a store 5 miles away which I never use. I checked opening hours online but when I arrived the store was closed. When I later rang the store I was informed that they had decided to open at 8.30 instead of 7.00am.
Totally unsatisfactory. I asked to return the goods without even looking at them

Ordered Nike trainers for my 9yro sons Birthday, missed the birthday, trainers still not arrived, no invoice, no text message to say when they will be dispatched, yet alone arrive.
They also did not say the items were coming from Sweden, to the UK

Great product s at great prices but the delivery costs are madness, 14.99 for home delivery and 7 and I have the inconvenience of going to collect from a ups drop shame really as good price s
