Very good experience
Very good experience. I ordered a Peak Performance down jacket on Sunday and it arrived 3 days later to Switzerland. After placing the order I emailed costumer service to ask when I should expect the item and I got a reply within the hour. The jacket is perfect (it's a size S and runs a bit on the small side) and Sportamore was the only online company I found this in my size and the colour I wanted. Very happy indeed.

No home delivery!
You had my delivery address, yet your courier UPS delivered my parcel to a shop 10 mins drive away, for me to collect. Given I’m recently out of hospital & home all day but can’t drive, I’ve had to ask someone to take me to this shop to pick it up. Why could this not be delivered directly to me? Also I have 3 attached invoices stating the item cost £65.25. I paid £84.29! Even if you added £13.05 VAT onto the £65.25 it still doesn’t amount to £84.29. A little more transparency and customer service isn’t a lot to ask from businesses nowadays. I will be avoiding your company from here on in and actively dissuading others from the same.

This is now my second time buying from here, fantastic prices and quite honestly lightening fast delivery, from Sweden to Northern Ireland in a couple of days, absolutely amazing. I originally ally got some Nike weightlifting trainers, come of weeks later bought my bro a pair as well, both times an exceptional experience. How can some companies in the UK not deliver this quick?
