Absolute bunch of con artists, NEVER buy from this company. They will charge you a heavy goods delivery fee for a 2 man delivery then when only one man delivers they won't refund you. They won't respond to emails, the phone line is constantly 'broken' probably due to the amount of complaints!! Dont buy from here. STAFF ARE EXTREMELY PATRONISING AND RUDE.

I don’t normally leave reviews, but this company is not good. I brought I swimming pool from this company, it didn’t turn up when it said it would, 5 days late and was supposed to be next day delivery, I emailed and got absolutely nothing not even an update on the delivery. I Definately won’t be buying from this company again

“Next day delivery if ordered before 1pm”… what a load of rubbish. Enough said. Took 24 hours to confirm that the order had even been placed.

Ordered a product, still not delivered after 6 days, i paid for next day delivery, cant get hold of the company, phone line is dead & no replies from emails.

I bought a Tredmil from this company and has so much faults with it over the months the running deck even broke when I was running on it and they tried blaming me for dropping something on it! Which was hilarious as when it wasn’t being used it was folded away I would not recommend this company to no one absolute disgrace of a company and shouldn’t be trading!!

Faulty goods, unusable, sport and leisure expecting me to pay to return the very heavy item, the cost of postage will probably outweigh the refund!! Don’t buy from this company, I informed them immediately that there was no instructions etc, told me to watch a video! Item had clearly been returned previously, packaging ripped. Don’t waste your money, buy elsewhere

Just wanted to counteract some of the negativity. Sorry people had bad experiences but ours was good so I wanted to say. Ordered a treadmill Tuesday afternoon and it was delivered Thursday morning, intact and working.

Ordered a trampoline, next day delivery, the email stated it was dispatched and now with the courier - DX delivery and when sent them the tracking they have told me they have not been given the item.
Cannot get hold of sports leisure to cancel the order and get a refund! Any support how I can fix this would be amazing!
Emailed them 3 times, called no end no answer no response!

Ordered a weight set over the bank holiday weekend. After I had ordered I came across all the bad reviews and thought I had wasted my money. The set turned up today 4 days after I ordered and its as advertised.

Caution. After sales customer service makes you wanna cry!

Spent £600 on a pool table that is the absolute worst quality I have ever seen, balls don't bounce of cushions and the cloth looked 10years old after only a week of use. Contacted customer support with photos and they just said that was normal for American pool tables.
NO apology NO refund, NO exchange NOTHING now I'm stuck with a crap table that I spent alot of money on

Do not buy from here as I was sent the wrong items and the layout of the site is extremely misleading when it comes to buying the items such as trampolines- they are unpleasant and unbelievably unhelpful if you have any issues too!

No refund and no returns!! Ridiculous customer service. I was appalled. Do not waste your hard earned money.

Product was faulty but company showed no desire to sort in a timely fashion. Just fobbed me off.

Once they have your money they are not interested in you. Bought a golf cart. Doesn’t work, they ignore all contact. Steer clear and would never recommend or buy again from them. Wasted £100’s and stuck with a golf cart that doesn’t work!

I purchased a trampoline for my from this company in October, and a month later purchased a basketball hoop for trampolines to attach to the trampoline. The latter was a Xmas present, so while I purchased it late in November, I did not open it until Xmas, at which point I discovered that it did not fit the trampoline that I had purchased from this company. Their description of the basketball hoop was misleading (it did not make clear that it would not fit a curved enclosure pole) and now the company is not willing to take it back as the 14 day return period has expired. Their response is that I should sell it on privately. Will never make another purchase from this company.

Their trampoline product arrived promptly and the kids love it. Two of the supporting arms broke and Sport & Leisure UK were extremely helpful and replaced them without any additional charge as were within the warranty. Very satisfied.

Received treadmill pretty quick.
Treadmill making a squeaky sound from day one, informed them they were pretty quick with the first few replies untill I sent them a video they asked for, now just ignored.
Not happy 😡
