Bought a pair of shoes which arrived (thanks for that) but wrong colour. They instructed me to send them back on my cost and promised refund that money, which they did after number of calls ect.

Over the phone they sound professional and promised to refund but in real they have been playing games with me!! like we transferred, next call we don't know where to refund, and then we will refund, but they don't and them they refunded but to website account!!!

Took me 3 weeks and at least 6 calls to get the bl00dy 5 pounds back...

I dont need that hassles in my life, sorry but I will not use them again

Bought a pair of shoes on sporting-shoes.com with a shipping charge of 19.99. I was told shipping would take two weeks because the shoes were coming from Asia (I didn't realize this was a foreign website when I made the purchase). Within 2 weeks I did receive a pair of shoes but they looked nothing like what I ordered. when I emailed them to explain they said they would need for me to take photos of the shoes I received and email it to them with a written description of how it differs from what I ordered. After doing so they seem to completely ignore the photos I sent and then offer to send me another pair of shoes, again without realizing what was wrong with the first pair. Long story short I just asked for my money back, so they asked me to mail them back the shoes I received (at my expense) and they would send the money back to my credit card but to be patient because it might take up to 2 months for it to show back up. I told them that was a long time so I wanted to make sure they had started the procedure so in two months time they were claiming some error that would reset the clock. Low and behold they claim that something happened and the money never went through so they offered to send it again which would take another 2 months. When I complained they offered to send a refund check in the mail that would take 9-10 days... well one month later they claim it must've gotten lost in the mail. It's been 5 months and I'm still arguing with them and I'm pissed because I know its just one stall tactic after another and I'm never likely to get my money back from them. DO NOT buy anything from these guys, you end up with a cheap knock-off product, frustrating customer service with serious language barrier issues, and they have no trouble lying to their customers over and over again just to make a buck.
